Jamal at the front desk was kind to change our room. The original had an odor and a noisy AC unit. The breakfast was nice and the cleaning staff efficient. The location is stellar.

The jets in the hot tub didn't work. We stayed there in April and they didn't work then either. Obviously not a priority to fix. It's one of the reasons we stay there. After a ling day of hiking it would be nice to have a relaxing hot tub.

The breakfast was very good. They offered a wide variety of breakfast foods and drinks. The location was perfect. Less than 10 miles from the visitor center of Capital Reef Park made the location perfect for going back to the park for a night program or any other reason to explore the park and sites. Also the front desk attendant made me feel very welcomed the moment I arrived for check in.

There was nothing about my stay that I did not like.

Jamal was excellent. Very friendly and proficient. The pool was great for our kids. They had a blast with the size and depth of the pool. It was very close to Capital Reef and we loved not having a long drive at the end of a long and beautiful hike. The rooms were very clean. We have stayed at a lot of Days Inn over the years and this was the cleanest by far. Thank you for a great breakfast too. We loved the hard boiled eggs for the adults in the morning.

The staff was very helpful, especially Jamal at the front desk. He represented the property extremely well. He was friendly, gracious, and always willing to help. really enjoyed the true queen size beds. The breakfast was good. The property was very quiet and attracted a quiet crowd.

The facility is sorely in need of redecoration. Our first impression was that the interior, especially the guest corridors and guest rooms needed new carpet, paint, wall coverings, etc. The toilet bowls were designed for small people. i am over six feet tall and found them very uncomfortable.

I really liked this hotel! We got a queen bed room and there were a table with 2 chairs, and a sofa. Room was big, bed was comfortable, shower was good even though it made a lot of noise sometimes. Fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast was good: fruits, cereal, bagels, breads. The tea they had was Bigelow brand so it was good. Torrey is next to Capitol Reef so it was a very nice and easy to access to park.

Nicest Days Inn I can remember staying at ( staff was super friendly and did their jobs well, rooms were clean and in repair, breakfast was kept well stocked). If all Days Inn were like this one, and sadly they are not, I would stay T them all the time.

We got the breakfast which was not an offer in the time of booking.

The WiFi was not working in our room which was far from the reception. After complaint the receptionist restart it but was not working. In Torrey there were not so many places for dinner even the store was poor.

The breakfast was okay. I do like waffles or some kind of meat. Maybe some potatoes but cold cereal, boiled eggs, bagel and some fruit is okay. Pool was good

Toilet clogged but they lent me a plunger. Kind of noisy with people above us but okay.

Breakfast had many choices without hot food. There were fresh hard cooked eggs. Good coffee. Front staff very helpful. Washer and dryer on premise; change available at front desk. Excellent location for going to Capital Reef.

Snow removal for parking and walking areas. Use of salt/sand too. No desk clerk in the morning; although he was readily reachable by phone. No elevator. Had many bags. I should have asked for first floor rooms.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, meeting all my expectations for cleanliness. I truly have no complaints about my experience here. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
