We were arriving very late and missed to inform the reception. Nevertheless, they were extremely helpful and have arranged a perfectly easy, contactless check-in after midnight! Thanks again! We were surprised to see that the suite was actually a full apartment, with completely equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms, Although a refurbishment would be highly recommendable, we still enjoyed the rural look and feel of the place. The drive next morning was great, we were amazed by the landscape. Overall, we really liked it and would be happy to return!

Arriving to Bicknell was a challenge for us. We expected to reach the motel much faster, but it is quite a drive from the I-70 and looked longer at night. There is no air conditioning in the suite, and even though it cooled down during the night (with windows fully open), it could have been much better to at least have fans in the bedrooms. Sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable; still manageable for one night.

The staff was very friendly and the room overall met my expectations. It was a large room with a good size bathroom as well. Plenty of space for me and my bags. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good night of sleep. It was nice to be able to park my motorcycle directly in front of my room. At the time that I booked my stay the rooms at the Aquarius Inn were less expensive that rooms in Torrey and it was just 15 mins away from Torrey.

Not a fault of the motel, but Bicknell is a very small town so there isn't much available in the way of restaurants or stores. Be sure to bring what you need if you stay here. The nearest bigger town is Torrey which is about a 15 minute drive.

Good location and easy to find. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. There’s a laundry room. the owner was very helpful when our coins got stuck in the washing machine slot.

Parking. The spaces weren’t marked out so it was a free for all. You always get those who have to take more space than they need and as a result we ended up parking further away from the room which is annoying when you have to carry a case and go up a flight of stairs. People sitting outside their rooms drinking and smoking. Breakfast wasn’t included but there were nearby places to eat.

The pool is fantastic. It's covered, heated, plenty large for the kids, and there's even a little hot tub. The location is wonderful, right off of Main Street, near a couple restaurants, a fantastic coffee shop, and a gas station. The best part about the hotel is how close it is to Capitol Reef National Park. The price is great, and the staff were pleasant, kind, and very helpful. Rooms were clean.

I knew I was not getting a Five Star Luxury Resort when I first booked the hotel. I knew what I was getting and what I was paying for. I feel as though I got my money's worth. The room, bathroom, and pool were clean and well kept. The hotel is older, dated, and the furniture is worn. But it was all clean, especially the sheets and towels. So, if you're expecting to arrive at a fabulous luxury resort, and think you'll get that kind of hotel for less than $90 a night, you are in for a huge disappointment, and it's your own fault for your lack of knowledge and understanding.

very clean, comfortable, and quaint. washers and dryers work very well. went on a walk in the very very quiet town every evening. the Indian Curry Pizza restaurant is a 7 minute walk from the hotel and super delicious. check in felt like I was going to stay at a friends house (which is a wonderful feeling).

no breakfast bar. need more coffee packs in the room.

This is our second time staying here. Everything is very clean. The room is large. Even though it is an older facility everything is well maintained. The pool is very nice. The water is clear. Very quiet. We had a minor problem that was quickly and happily rectified. I is a great location for visiting Capitol Reef.

The room was huge, it was clean and the shower was hot. The bed slept comfortably. There was a hot tub, it was nice I just wish the jets would have been much stronger. The lady at check in was very kind and helpful.

I stayed on a Sunday night and everything nearby was closed. We had to drive 10 miles to Torrey for dinner. Not that big of a deal but I would rather have eaten at the restaurant at the hotel.

clean and accommodating to dogs - room had no pet odor whatsoever!

It was outdated, which is not an issue for me but will be to some (peeling wallpaper, rust stains in bathroom, older bedspreads). there was someone at the front desk to give me my keys, but no one there the check out. Someone could easily have taken the keys I left at the counter if they wanted and I would have been liable. A secure drop box would have been nice if no one can be at the front desk in the morning.

Front desk gal was super nice. Just a good place to stay.

The price for two nights 350 dollars. It's steep for only having one place to eat. Almost every time I have Been through here the sunglow is closed. Felt like back up in utah County with the price.

The various staff was highly attentive to my needs. Booking.com was negligent in not following through with my reservation until my day of arrival resulting in me making a new reservation directly with Aquarius the day before and possibly not having accommodations for my party of 12 on my day of arrival. Aquarius honored the Booking.com rate regardless. I will not book with Booking.com in the future.

Booking.com did not make my booking until my day of arrival possibly resulting in my not having accommodation for my party of 12. Only by calling the day before did I assure myself of accommodations by making a new reservation directly with the hotel. I will not book with Booking.com again. As it was, I got rooms different than I originally booked but I do not fault the hotel.
