The Noor Hotel

The room was large and very comfortable. It was great for the value. The location was excellent, and the clerk was freindly. The heater made the room comfortable in cold conditions.

Seemed like someone opened the door and put a hole in the wall that wasn't fixed. They need to put a door stop on the door. The shower ran hot water for a long time before it cooled down. The internet needs one main network for guest. There were 3, and I had to try and choose which one it was. Internet ran slow when more people were online at the hotel.

The pleasant young man at the desk (sorry I didn't get his name) changed our room when we requested a view. After checking in, he called the room to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. The room was clean and comfortable, and it's the only hotel I've ever been in that provided a bath toy! The location is on highway 24, and there is nothing on that road, but the location is OK when you're just visiting the area. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant across the parking lot, as well as some goats in a pen that are fun to check out.

The location is perfect for access to Capital Reef National Park or Utah State Route 12 -- the scenic byway well worth the drive. The room is clean and comfortable with really great beds. The friendly staff helped me deal with a cancelled flight.

The property feels a little neglected -- some investment in fixing up the place will really make it shine again.

Our room was large and well-equipped with a sofa, refrigerator and microwave. I liked that the bed had separate layers of bedding rather than just a comforter, so we could each choose how much we wanted to cover up. The hotel manager responded quickly and positively to my request for a ground-floor room. This is a remote area, but very convenient if you are visiting Capitol Reef National Park.

Our room had a small maintenance problem in the morning, and I had to go to the office to get it worked out.

At first I had a "King" room right behind the reception building facing its loud AC units which would turn on randomly all night, when I complained I immediately got a "Double Queen" room on the other side with premium view of the mountain range in the distance! Everything else was also ok and clean

The location close to Capitol Reef was great. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast at El Cuervo Restaurant on the same site was outstanding.

There were outdoor tables at El Cuervo , but we were told that there was no outdoor dining due to lack of staff. The dining room was crowded and we were not comfortable eating indoors because of Covid. We were very disappointed. I note that there were only 2 other people in the restaurant in the morning so we were willing to eat indoors.

Motel was close to the National Park that we were visiting. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful area to visit.

Could have had breakfast offered. Not picky just anything. Our room wasn't stocked with the bathroom washcloths and towels but the young man who had checked us in quickly got them for us and apologized.

Beautiful views of the countryside. Very roomy. Sofa sleeper included. Nice having a C- Store and restaurant on the premises. Very close to Capitol Reef.

The lights by the beds were amazing. Only problem was they were tied to the main light so they didn't work when you turned the main light off. Neither did the plugs or the USB ports unless the main light was turned on. Kind of defeated the purpose of a night light!

front desk was extremely helpful and nice. location close to capitol reef and has everything near by - coin laundry onsite (one washer/dryer with detergent available for purchase), and mexican restaurant, mini market and gas station all in basically the same parking lot. (i put a load of laundry, walked to the restaurant, then went to put laundry in dryer before our meal came.). seemed a little expensive for a room but the friendly staff and convenient amenities made it worth the stay.

The hotel was in a good location for my purposes (visiting nearby Capitol Reef National Park). The rooms were spacious and I appreciated the large mini-frig w/ freezer (keeps my ice packs frozen). The staff were friendly.

The room had a few rough edges aesthetically, but they didn't really detract from my stay. There was no breakfast included (has become almost a de-facto amenity at most hotels).
