Quality Inn Vernal near Dinosaur National Monument

Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Nice steakhouse. Very quiet bedrooms despite being next to main road. Never heard neighbors either. Ok breakfast. Conscientious location to shopping and on main drag in nicer part of town.

Pool was very cold unheated and no sunshine to warm it. Bathroom door can’t be opened when on toilet- cramped. Bathtub not soaking deep- just standard despite ad. Pool room ceiling needs fixing. Patio by pool needs weeds pulled. Please password protect WiFi! Public areas a bit run down. More well lit parking needed.

I loved the location of this hotel. Close to everything we wanted to do. Pool was very nice, my kids got to enjoy it every day. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was nice too.

The room could have been a little cleaner. We didn't notice until 2nd night that our blankets were dirty from something that wasn't ours. Looked like some sort of food. They were saving water so we had to ask for towels and linens to be brought to our room. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Location was fantastic. Front desk folks were super helpful and loved our doggo!

There were so many children in the pool area adults without children were unable to enjoy an evening soak. Even tried to go early when pool opened and met with several families waiting to get in. Sometimes folks just want to relax without children present. Perhaps an hour in the morning and a couple in the evening for adult swim & soak.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Washer and dryer available for use ($1.50 wash, $1.00 dry - super reasonable!) which we appreciated after two weeks of travel. This is a place where a lot of river trips/hiking trips begin and end, so it is spotlessly clean but casual and not stuffy. I always appreciate when a place will accommodate a dog.

The cute lady at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. She recognized that I have stayed there often and welcomed me back. My room on the third floor was bright and just lovely. I was very happy there.

I was all excited to go down to breakfast and have a waffle! Nope! Same “pandemic “ breakfast! Just moved from the front foyer back to the breakfast room. I was really sad. I’ve stayed in other hotels recently where a real breakfast was available. Hopefully you will return to the better breakfast soon.

Very comfortable beds which is the most important item for hotel stays,other amenities are a bonus, hot tub was very relaxing, restaurant on site was convenient.

TV did not reflect correct time on guide, update tvs so customers can use streaming services.

It was sn OK stay. Not up to the quality that I am use to. There was a balcony which was kinda cool. Had a fridge microwave which is nice to have when traveling

We were on floor 3 near main road. Air conditioning runs all the time and is loud.

Location good, building, lobby and breakfast area looked nice, room good. I had stayed at multiple Quality Inns or Suites this trip to Utah and this one was much better than the others. This one also has a on-site restaurant. The last thing I wanted after driving all day was to look for open restaurant. Price was good. I would stay there again.

The property was conveniently located and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was very efficient and friendly.

The breakfast selection was limited, but the essentials were all there

Noone was there to check in, I ended up coming back a couple hours later. After driving 12 hours it would be nice if someone was at the front desk to check people in.
