Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Vernal/Naples

Facilities were clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was lightly cleaned each day. There was even an operable window! The place had plenty of parking and parking spaces were well-lit and an adequate width to prevent vehicle damage.

The breakfast was slim at best. Offerings were heavily packaged and healthy options were few. In order to get just a spoon, you had to take a full set of packaged utensils - a disappointingly high amount of waste. I get that we are dealing with a pandemic and staffing issues, but you should be able to do better.

Being able to book/reserve our room months ahead. Asked for ground level and received it. Refrigerator/microwave is an excellent add on! Loved the breakfast buffet especially the wonderful muffins! Room was quiet. Thank you for having the carts to roll in to our room with our baggage.

At home we sleep in a king bed and it was okay to have 2 beds instead. Not a big deal. Your offer of 2 beds solved it.

The service was good, but there was a complete mix-up with the reservation and when we arrived there was not a reservation, it was supposed to have been rescheduled but it wasn't the computer system so they had us for a no-show for the original reservation. However, the front desk clerk set us up and it all worked out. The kids love having access to a pool.

No complaints really, it's a cheap hotel but it was very good for the price.

Staff was friendly. Pool area was small but seemed clean- only allow 12 people in the pool at a time. Very quiet while we stayed there!

Found someone else’s old sock in our room next to the bed while we were staying there, which tells me it wasn’t cleaned well. The bed comforters were old and had the stuffing all clumped together on the inside- only visible if you deconstruct the bedding a little- we hate top sheets, so you might not notice otherwise.

The room had everything we needed, the fridge, microwave, desk, bench, nice bathroom and comfy beds, The breakfast had plenty of options with pancakes, waffles, bagels, great fruit options, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal etc. It was the closest nicer hotel to our son's bike race.

Just that there was a 12 person limit in the pool area. We didnt even attempt to go knowing we might get all dressed in our suits and go down there and it could be full. It wasn't worth it.

For the second time in a row this hotel has not given us a handicapped room despite us booking one; we even go to the trouble of contacting them through the Booking.Com app to confirm (since we travel with an adult who is half-paralyzed and restricted to a wheel chair). Despite the reply to the affirmative, they never have the room available :-(

My husband was traveling solo and was caught in a snowstorm. He was forced off the interstate and needed a place to stay. He was suppose to drive 8 hours that day but ended up driving 12 cause he could not find a place to stay in the small towns he came up to. Since he was driving in an unfamiliar route and it was late, he needed to concentrate on driving instead of looking for a place to stay. So I did the booking for him. He was so grateful when he reached the room. It was small but it was so clean and comfortable. Just what he needed to relax his frazzle nerves!

It's a nice place to crash and relax. Especially if your objective is to travel to the Dinosaur National Monument or Jones Hole or Flaming Gorge. Its a very nice hotel and extremely clean and comfy. You can't ask more than that.

Perhaps the only thing that i didn't like was the use of the indoor pool. Not that it was in bad condition (in fact the pool and hot tub was very clean) just that the "use" of the pool and hot tub was apparently restricted to 1 hour due to COVID-19 restrictions but I saw people with kids using the facilities for more than 2 hours in the evening. The hotel concierge needs to be more adamant in enforcing the hotel rules on everyone and not to a few.

The breakfast had much better choices than a few months ago. It was nice to have the yogurt and boiled eggs added. Also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable- not too soft or hard. It smells nice inside- clean and comfortable. No stale smoke smell here. The staff was friendly and quick at check in even later at night.

Lovely clean, quiet rooms in a very convenient location closer to Dinosaur National Monument. We spent 2 nights here and couldn't fault it. Comfy bed, air conditioning with free parking. Will be definitely back for longer duration next year and will would love to stay here.
