We showed up a little early, but our room was ready so we were able to check in early. Melissa at the front desk was really nice and she also had great recommendations about restaurants for dinner. The breakfast is great as well, lots of variety from savory to sweet. We didn't have time to try the indoor pool or the hot tub but next time we come in the area I won't forget my swim suit. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. I'd stay there in a heartbeat.

As a business traveler for over 30 years, I had plenty of experience with properties that began with H or H or M and most were very nice and paid for with a company card. Now retired and bouncing around the country side on my bike I spend two nights at the Comfort inn Trolley Sq in Rutland VT. The hospitality at this budget hotel was outstanding, The staff that I met Rod, Nicole and Ingrid were extremely helpful, there are times I could be a handful, but they were super and made you feel like family. The room was exceptional clean, the sheets/pillows equaled those of the H,H,M properties and well worth the trip if you are in the VT area.

Clean room , great king bed, big modern tv, good WiFi, lots of outlets fridge and microwave.

This is silly but there was no accessible channel guide for the tv. It said press guide but nothing happened. We had to go through the channels to find what we wanted. Also the coffee cups at breakfast were tiny. Kind of a joke. The breakfast was just okay but it was free and hot.

I didn’t like the breakfast staff they just look so angry and I asked a question about the danish bc it could of been lemon so I was just asking if it was cheese and she’s huffed at me and sad yes it’s cheese. I’m sorry your having a bad day but doesn’t mean everyone else needs to have one.

Staff was very good. I will say that the young mman behind the counter at check in was a bit...curt and short with answers however, he was not rude and he had the answers, just seemed like I was bothering him a bit. NOT A BIG DEAL. He seemed stressed and we all have those days..LOL

There was really no information in the room such as pool operation times, local restaurants, sites to see. and the phone would not work when I dialed "0" to ask a question. I had to use my cell phone. But ..I worked in hotels..and hospitality my entire life...this was a Good experience and I will definately book again.

The room was warm and very clean, and to have a breakfast option to pick and go in morning before skiing was great. The rooms were well decorated and so comfortable and modern. The entrance lobby/stairs etc needed a little maintenance but the rooms made up for that easily. The pool/hot tub were very clean and a great place to chill out.

One member of staff in particular made you feel very unwelcome, just not a nice person, but the rest were great.

The property was very clean. The staff was pleasant.

The price and the fact that they don’t offer a discount for people needing to stay near their loved ones at the hospital. I also didn’t like the sign in the room about the amenities nor the email telling me to be kind to staff. Not everyone is a criminal or a jerk. I’m just saying that those kinds of things, while probably necessary, can have a negative impact on your business.

The Front Desk personnel upon arrival and throughout our stay ( Melissa Hayne) was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good with good choices.

Carpet on the bedroom floors. The building looked aged and could use some cosmetic improvement.

Everything was clean and bright. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate. The pool and the hot tub were excellent to relax in. Bed was super comfy best sleep I’ve gotten in awhile. 👍👍👍👍

Pool was a tad chilly could’ve been 10 degrees warmer. Drinks vending machine had very few choices.

It was a beautiful, comfortable room. The Breakfast was great. I appreciated the detail that housekeeping prepared the room.

Difficulty accessing back door with keycard. There was a better price offered online as I located it. The hotel slipped a $0.00 bill under the door promoting a better deal if I get the app or something.
