Fairfield Inn Richmond Chester

I liked it enough to rebook it. The location is great because there is everything you need literally around the corner a mile away. It was comfortable and what I expect from the brand, though it is not one of the newer builds.

It's showing a little wear and tear, housekeeping has gotten a little slipshod in the details but the general cleanliness was perfectly fine. The mattress was a little too soft and my back ached in the morning. My complaints are minor, and this hotel is still worth the stay.

I liked how the carpets smelled clean. I really liked the down filled pillows. I liked how the TV is current and the air conditioning unit is working perfectly.

This is just a minor thing and I would still give you guys a high rating. It would be better if somebody double checked if there was a paper pad and pen on the desk. I sometimes receive phone calls and grabbing the first pen and paper I see would be helpful.

The staff was accommodating. I booked through Booking.com and it only stated a king room when I selected a king plus sofa bed. Free wi-fi, and a hot breakfast.

The walls are paper thin. Could hear the guest next door's phone conversation.

The breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. The room was comfortable and having the option to watch Netflix was nice. The exercise room was much nicer than the photos.

We had a big room for our 5 but we didn’t have many towels. I think if staff knows we have this many people in a room it would be nice if we had enough towels in the first place. I could’ve asked for more towels but we were busy and made due with what we had.

Difficult to get housekeeping. You have to request it the night before and we never informed at check in. But we know now. So all is well.

As I said above; We liked everything! I would recommend staying here to my family and friends. It is located right next to a Cracker Barrel and has plenty of other dinning options and shopping within walking distance.

We liked everything! The staff was exceptional at check in, during our stay and at checkout. The Wifi was very easy to use, the room was Outstanding and that includes the microwave, refrigerator, iron and board, bed, pillows shower. We had a Wonderful time at the Fairfield Inn!

Easy check-in. Able to walk to several restaurants. Breakfast was the best I have experienced.

I guess the construction of the hotel was the reason I could hear noises from upstairs all night - sounded like kids jumping on the beds. I did not alert hotel staff to this problem.

Room was.nice, clean, comfortable, not far from the highway, easy on, easy off. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Price was very good!

Very nice on the inside. Rooms were spacious and bed were pretty comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible and parking was a disaster at night. Not sure if it was normal for parking to be that bad at night but both nights I came back to the hotel I had trouble finding a place to park.

Well done. The servers were great!!!!

Lighting in room; more room in bathroom to place things and to hang towels; room needed to be fresher-smell was musty; needed more mirrors in room; need to be able to turn off fan in bathroom. Did not like not having a top sheet!
