The location, comfort, ease of check-in & check-out, cleanliness, everything was perfect for the rate. I had stayed in red roof inns overnight at multiple places but this one was a shocker. New renovated neat and clean property. Never expected a 2 star to be like a 3 star.

We were 4 of us in a 2 bed room but towels provided were only 2. Also the breakfast was very limited and they did not refill it.

Cleanliness of room and bathroom. The internet service was easily accessible and very reliable. I did not take advantage of the breakfast service and thus will have to reserve comments. The only issue was the ongoing conversations outside.

The walls did not keep out noises. There were constant conversations outside of my room until around 3:00 a.m.

Room was clean and accommodating. I was on the second floor, and as a handicapped traveler, that made it difficult, but front desk manager helped with my bag checking out. He told me to make sure I call in advance next time to book a first floor rom.

No elevator, stairs were at end of hall from front desk and my room.

It was clean, comfortable, in a good location and a good price. Very happy with my stay, will absolutely stay again. The room was a perfect temperature when we walked in, which was a nice touch, much appreciated

No coffee in room or at breakfast, but I feel like that's how they keep their costs down, so that's totally fine. Toilet was not screwed down properly, so it rocked, not safe. Was hard to see location no huge sign.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed linens and towels were a good quality and the bathroom was lovely. We enjoyed the room’s updated decor. The window shades did a excellent job blocking light and noise.

A small amount of damage to the furniture.

The beds were super comfortable and the room was very spacious.

The location was a bit hard to get to.

All the noise and my room was right by the steps so all night all I heard was the door slam.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but I wish the other guests would learn how to properly cook popcorn so the fire alarms don’t wake us up from sleeping thinking we are about to die!

Clean nice staff newer hotel. Easy check in and check. Breakfast was tasty with a decent selection. Would recommend it again. Price per night was reasonable for the are. Eight behind Hooters which serves as you know great wings and burgers. Very close to shopping and other restaurants.

No toiletries in the room.

I travel with my Rottweiler and it was a very pleasant experience. The people and their dogs, the manager everyone just drifting in and out but being kind.

Maybe some activities done daily people could participate in like board game day, bingo day.... Something
