Everything here was top-knotch! In the mornings, you get a beautiful pastry from the bakery for free (for hotel guests) and a delicious coffee. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. It being late summer, I wanted to turn the heat on at night. Im guessing the heaters hadnt been run for a fw months over summer, and so there was a bit of a burn smell (totally normal when turning on the heat for the first time). I called the front desk to alert them, in case any other guests complained and I didnt want the hotel to think I was personally burning something in my room. The front desk lady came up to check it out, helped me move to another room, and even offered me a free item from the restraunt. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I honestly felt so fancy at this place. Everything is top scale, from the rooms, the decor, the smell of the place (LOL), the staff, the bathroom toiletries, and more. I will 1,000% recommend this hotel to future employees that travel to go to the Virginia Tech Northern VA Campus.

The little cafe downstairs was adorable, though we did not have time to try it. The ambience of the entire facility was also adorable - we loved the decor. The extra touches in the room with soaps and things of that nature were thoughtful as well.

The bathrooms in our room were pretty small and crowded, but did the job. The beds also seemed to be pretty small and not necessarily the standard sizes, but we made due with that as well. The lack of a check in desk and signage telling you where to go when you're checking in at night was a bit odd but we figured it out.

Breakfast was served at a lovely French cafe affiliated with the hotel. The place was very busy and wait times could be long. Pastries were amazing though, and the salads were really good. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and modern.

Housekeeping only came to the room two of the seven days I was there. They never cleaned out the garbage, water smelled like sulfur. Commuting to the city was not easy (or cheap) because they are really far from the metro stop, and on 66 so tolls apply.

It wasn't necessarily a complimentary breakfast, but the coffee shop allows hotel guests to have a free coffee and pastry in the mornings. The pastry and coffee were both excellent! We also didn't have a mini-fridge in our room, so we asked them if they had some ice or something and they brought us up their own mini-fridge. Great staff!

The view and the location were somewhat underwhelming, but we weren't traveling for the view or location so it wasn't a problem for us.

In general, the stay and staff were pleasant. The location was ideal for the purpose of my trip such that I was able to lodge just outside of the city in a less hectic and more quiet area.

Please note that the hot water pipe/s make a moderate banging noise; especially noted early-early in the morning which I presume is when the kitchen staff was getting in and starting their work.

The restaurant located down stairs. The food was amazing and Hotel guest receive a discount!

No mini fridges or ice machine. We traveled with children and it would have been nice to have a small fridge to keep some things cold. We purchased a cooler but then there was the issue of having an ice machine readily accessible!?!

I liked everything, from the service (very friendly and attentive), to the location (close to bus stops, restaurants and markets), with special praise for the cleanliness and comfort of the room (spot clean bathroom). The complimentary pastry was delicious, and I also enjoyed the coffee and water.

Despite the restaurants and markets on the corner, I would consider having a mini fridge inside the room.

booked this place last minute because my other accommodation didn't work out. booked at 10pm the same day I arrived. turned out it was a really nice hotel worth good quality services, new building, parking and a nice cafe in the same building.

The booking says you get breakfast, but that is false. you just get a 10% discount on the cafe downstairs.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Perfect distance outside of downtown DC and onsite (free) parking was wonderful. The free pastry and coffee in the morning was a great bonus!

The only complaint we had was that the room didn’t have a fridge/microwave or a safe. We had many leftovers along with food from our road trip that we didn’t get to keep due to no way to store them properly.

A delightful stay at this boutique gem in Falls Church City! Mornings started with heavenly muffins and drip coffee, setting the perfect tone. The hotel's enchanting aroma and prime location made strolls into town a joy. Impeccable 10/10 customer service sealed the deal. Pure luxury in every sense! Highly recommend.
