The double room was extremely large with two big armchairs and a desk in the room as well as lots of space around the beds. Beds were very comfortable. I would have given this a 10 if there were free coffee in the lobby and if parking were free

Breakfast was extra (even coffee downstairs!) Only coffee in the room was free. They tried to charge us $10 for parking, but they comped us the parking when we asked them to waive that fee (they did waive it)

I had the french toast and it was very nice. It's a restaurant setting, so the food is made to order. I am a pescatarian and there were plenty of options to choose from. The room was very comfortable and nice. There were several restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. We opted to eat at a local mall that was a short driving distance away. We did pay to park in the underground parking garage located under the hotel. It was very affordable and plenty of spaces. There is limited parking in the hotel parking lot for free(maybe 10 spaces).

No microwave in the room. There is a microwave in the 24-hour market, but it's in the lobby. The bathtub was not even with the bathroom floor and it felt like it was slanted. There were several grab bars and I felt the need to be mindful of how I step. I would be concerned for an elderly person or someone who has physical limitations.

It was clean and super comfortable. Very convenient with closed in courtyard for traveling with a service dog.

The only things I didn’t like was that the location required a u turn to enter the entrance, or an extra block around to change direction. There is no breakfast included. However there is a Starbucks on location to grab a coffee and breakfast, so not a total deal breaker.

Nice, clean and comfortable place. 8 minute walk from train station, so very convenient to visit the attractions and avoid traffic. Nice restaurant around the are. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Starbucks inside the hotel has bad service. The lady did not speak A WORD to us, just noted the order and shoved the ipad for the tipping. Would recommend having breakfast somewhere else.

the staff make the place so amazing! they were helpful and kind. the room was spacious & the parking garage is amazing!! my bathroom was huge and tons of counter space. i liked the coffee shop downstairs but its more like a lic., store than a real coffee shop so selections were different & i am not sure if their hours of operation have changed but they were not open in the evenings when i would return as stated.

there is no microwave in the room; i was kind of sad about it. there are only 40 channels of regular tv i recommend a Roku express to travel with if you like to watch tv in the evenings. the pool is closed!!

We loved that the room was very comfortable (for 4 adults) and clean. The shared spaces were calm and the staff was friendly. The Bistro for morning breakfast was a great bonus since they don't offer free breakfast. The metro station is only 5 minutes away which was great for visiting different areas around Virginia/DC.

Wow! We needed a place to stay on a road trip to access DC on the metro. This hotel is right next to the orange line and the price and reviews all worked - this exceeded our expectations by far. Check in was by the most 'can do' and efficient young man - nothing was a problem and he was so quick. Parking was only $5 for one day and they held the place for us to allow for getting back from DC. Cleanliness and comfort was outstanding, nothing to complain about and in a lovely area. We were so impressed and would 100% go back.

great location only 4-minute walk to metro station...easy access to DC tourist spots...supermarket a 2 minute walk...onsite parking garage...definitely recommend.

Bedding and pillows were softer than our liking, but that is a personal choice.

The breakfast we ordered in the Bistro was very good. No complaints.

There is no pool at this hotel. The pictures show a pool and they even give a slip at check in with all the amenities at the hotel and a pool is listed. We weren't mad, just confused as to why the pool was listed.

This hotel is well situated near shops and transit, although the metro station was out of service during our stay for upgrades. The staff was polite and friendly and the facilities were great including the large lobby.

The hotel is on a main road and as such there is a bit of noise from traffic but not enough to keep you up, at least on the upper floor where we were. Parking might have to be underground if the hotel were full but it was not during our stay.
