I had booked a room for my sister’s birthday since they had a pool on site. Upon trying to check in, there was a notice that their pool was out of order and they were allowing you to cancel your reservation without any fees if you wanted to book elsewhere. They also informed me of a nearby hotel that did have a working indoor pool. It was very much appreciated that the staff were kind enough to do that and even though we didn’t get to stay there and had to change last minute, it was still a great vacation!

Staff was excellent. We had to switch the dates and apparently booking.com did not do something correctly. We almost didn't our room but the person on duty was able to find us one.

The pool area was not clean and the poolitself needing to be cleaned.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool often - it was clean and offered plenty of sitting room and clean towels.

A Thunder storm had knocked out the Internet before I got there killing the check in system. Chris and Dan utilized the back up plan and processed us in quickly. my room was twice the size of what I’m used to.

There was a 💩 in the toilet that wasn’t mine

There are no dislikes that I have for this location at all. Enjoyed my stay as I was there to move my son out of College. His belongings were very safe in our cars overnight!! There were many people who were there as well getting their kids from school.

The front desk person took very good care of letting me store my two bikes in the back office behind the front desk and also ensured that the ice packs were kept in a freezer until I checked out. Very good customer care.

I was not made aware of the need to request the room be cleaned (although the policy is posted, I was not checking that close to discover it until the following day) and found it unclean after a long day of riding bikes. Had to empty the trash cans, gather up the dirty towels and exchange it for new ones. Found the bathroom sink and bathtub backed up water and noticed some mold around the tub area. However, the front desk person was very nice and gave me new towels. The hotel maintenance man got the sink and tub to drain nicely.

Kids running in hallways but I understand that couldn’t be controlled with the huge tournament happening this weekend.

very clean, good location. close to LU

Breakfast was ok but we came down a little later. Room was very spacious and clean, however we did find previous guests swim trunks hanging on door. Smelled clean, bed was comfortable; sofa bed was fine for our son probably not great for an adult.

Pool was colder then I would like especially for indoor pool. They were short staffed I think as trash for breakfast was over flowing and food sometimes not refilled quickly
