I didn’t eat breakfast but the hotel is very clean I was greeted by Gee and given water once I checked out, which I thought was really nice !! I did tell him I appreciated him giving us the water, and let him know we surely could have used that water when we checked in.

Not being offered bottle water when we checked in, there was a container of water with lime in it , but the quality of the water tasted horrible !!!

The location is excellent. The hotel is lovely. Staff was knowlegeable and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well prepared and had a very good selection. We liked it so much that we booked it for our return trip and will stay there next year.

I try not to improve on perfection. I would change nothing,

Good breakfast, quiet room, bed pretty comfy, clean bathroom and room. Room had mini fridge and coffee maker. Convenient location near major highways, restaurants and shopping.

Pillows could have been softer. Toilet kept running, had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. Had to wait a minute or two for front desk to show up when checked in. Otherwise a great stay, no major issues.

The location was great. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and inviting and the pool area was really nice.

Two things could have been better. I think that should have been an inner pool. Also the breakfast didn't have any flavor and that was rather disappointing because most other Hampton Inns which is my favorite Hotel Taste of food was much better. Other than that it was a great experience.

The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. We opted to upgrade to a junior suite and it was well worth it as we had a sofa bed and a table with chairs (used for our dinner). Shout out to Merry who checked us in - what a sweetheart!

It could’ve been closer to i95 but the remoteness contributed to the tranquil environment so it was a plus at the same time. It was less than 10 min from i95

The hotel and room is very nice and clean. All the items were placed perfectly.

I had sent a message for an accessible room a day before but no one responded. At the hotel I requested for one but only with king bed was available. It was not an issue but managed. Excepted that the hotel will respond to the messages.

The staff was phenomenal! Mary checked us in and she was so friendly (she deserves a big raise!). The room was spotless and big…the bed was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here every time we visit Richmond.

If I had to come up with something to dislike, I would say they need to install toilets for tall people.

I almost always stay at Hamptons when traveling - years of very good experiences

We stayed in room 130 which was right next to the pantry on the ground floor. There was quite a bit of noise in the early morning hours (3-4 am). We were able to get back to sleep but I will not stay in a so close to the pantry again.

Breakfast offered many choices and was good. Convenient to have this offering before checkout. The young lady at check in had a very pleasing and welcoming manner.

Brighter lighting in the bathroom would be nice.

This hotel is awesome. Spacious rooms, pull out couch was comfy as well. The gym was very clean and smelled very good. The restroom on the first floor was very clean and smelled wonderful.

The breakfast was not that good. They do have a waffle maker. Coffee was great.
