found several bugs in the room, we were able to kill one of them the last morning and lots of blood came out, probably sucking blood from us through the night. besides that everything else was nice

Hotel was clean and rooms were well designed with Amenities Parking was ok . Needs were very comfortable and clean..I could smell the bleach in the sheets which made me happy. Very nice breakfast.

I didn't care for the first room they gave us was over the party room which had very loud music playing. We then were put on the 6th floor which was great until the morning when the kids started screeching so loud in the room next door along with the adults talking loudly. Wayyy. Too early for that.

Traveling north of I95 this location was easy to find. Room was super clean, bed and pillows were excellent.

Didn't like that Bacon was not in the breakfast. Also the front desk person who checked us in needs to not announce out loud what room We were staying in. She did the same thing to a lady who was before me and the lady asked her to not say out loud what room she was staying in. In future if your staff checking in would just point to the number on the card would suffice enough for our information.

Breakfast and location was good, but need more cleaning service. Room was perfect, mattress and pillows also. Nothing to improve. Parking space is a glory.

It would have been perfect if you improve the cleaning method for the places where you get breakfast. The tables remain dirty and the trash cans full during all morning an d early afternoon.

The check-in process was easy. The room was clean and big enough to sprawl in. I like having a Keurig in the room because I can bring my favorite coffee. The hotel is easy to get into and out of. There are several good restaurants within an easy distance.

The shower head had lousy water pressure.

It was pretty clean, bathroom was spotless. The staff in the evening and morning were very friendly and the location was perfect. Near everything, and not far off i95. If we travel down to FL again I will definitely stay here on our way home again.

Carpets had some stains on them, could be cleaner. That’s my only complaint on cleanliness.

The location of the facility was amazing for the commute to work. The staff were very respectful and wiling to help me with anything that I had an issue with and any questions that I had. I love the hotel and I recommend others to stay here.

The only problem I had with the hotel was the smoke smell. I got a non-smoking room and you could still smell the smoke smell in the room. Another issue I had with the room is when you shower you had to shower with the door closed if you like your shower steaming hot because if not the fire alarm with bleep until your done showering.

THe location was okay, fairly easy to get anywhere around Richmond. The facility was clean. I didn't like the room decor but it was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice- lots of things to choose from.

Actually for the type of hotel (express), I can't think of anything I did not like.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was quiet. We stayed there while we visited family at VCU's hospital and it was easy to get to and from. I would stay there again.

One of the elevators was out of service.

The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked that they had Dove shower products.

The breakfast was not great, everything was empty and it took a long time for things to get refilled.
