left and in 1 hour realized that we had forgotten our personal pillows there called them and we had arranged for our nephew to go pick them up and no one knew anything about it. called the next day talk to One staff member who said that he would personally go and check all of the maids cards and the laundry room and give me a call back I will call tomorrow to see what the outcome was. they should have a better policy in place for when people leave things behind by accident.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and friendly! Just half an hour to Loup Loup ski area, and also right next to groceries, gas, and restaurants, Omak Inn was the perfect home base for our winter family trip. The kids especially loved the pool and waffles at breakfast, and the hot tub was the perfect place to warm up after a chilly day on the slopes. We also got some friendly food recs when we checked in, making us feel very welcome.

The front desk staff upon check-in was very helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was huge. The air conditioning unit kept the room very cool in this hot weather. Breakfast was average.

The dirt in the corners in the bathroom was gross. The ac unit sounded like it was constantly shuffling papers and was LOUD. The gravy (biscuits & gravy) was cold. No big deal I guess because there was a microwave, but was a bit startling and not expected.

The Omak Inn is an older facility but is mostly kept up very well. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable, and we liked the small daybed/couch. We also liked that there was an EV charger for our plug-in hybrid RAV4 Prime. Unfortunately it's the ONLY EV charger in Omak, so when we went to dinner in town, a Tesla took the charger! The hotel should work with local and state partners to get a second charger, as there is clearly a need. The breakfast was also much bettter than expected! The waffle maker and fresh local cherries were a nice touch!

The phone in the room was just regular land line, and there was no way to call the front desk ,or another room. The staff was apparently not aware of that, and told us just to dial "0" which just got a dial tone! Also we had to close the curtains using one of the pants hangars from the closest as the hangers a the top of the curtains were broken! The curtains were not black out curtains, and even after we managed to "close" them with the pants hangar, the very bright security lights over the parking lot outside our window illuminated the room brightly. Fortunately I had an eye mask whick allowed me to sleep.

Location. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Fishing as well.

My room upon check-in was not clean. Bathroom had used bar soap, and hair in tub. Dirty rag on floor. Carpet was stained and clearly not vacuumed. An oversight? I give credit to a housekeeper (Niki) who stepped in and cleaned it thoroughly. With a note that this wasn't their standards. She was awesome!

Great staff. Quick check-in and out. Quiet room. Huge comfy bed (King size). The AC was quiet! I slept well, which is the most important thing.

Shower head wasn't adjustable, and it was hard to figure out which way to turn the handle to change water temperature. They also didn't have USB ports on the night stands to charge phones.

That even though I accidentally booked our room for the wrong night, they were still able to accommodate us with a room for the right night.

That they couldn't do anything about charging me for a " No show" the previous night. I have been traveling with Booking.com for over 15 yrs having reached a level 3 Genius status so was hoping they could give me a break on the cost of the "No Show" because I was very ill and on strong medication when I made the reservation.

Honesty, I didn't expect much for the affordable pricing, but we had a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and wide, nice Bed. We liked the interior. Good location close to stores and restaurants, especially a good Mexican restaurant next door (We had a ToGo, really good). Breakfast was also good.

Nothing to mention.

Very convenient location have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed every time.

Swimming pool was pretty cold but I figure they had it that temperature cause summer was just ending.

Katy checked us in. What a delight she was! Greeted with a friendly smile!! She was helpful and explained everything!! We have been here before and I asked about a few things that we have experienced in the past and she was nice enough to explain things! It looked like they have done some remodeling. But need to either clean shower heads cuz of hard water deposits or replace them. Would make for better water pressure, I think. Breakfast was good the first morning but not so good the second morning. Biscuits & gravy was served the first morning but not the second. The eggs and potatoes didn't look like they were worth eatting. Yogurt selection could be better.... Mandarin oranges not so good for yogurt choice. Love strawberry yogurt... simple! Waffles always good!! When we checked out, I was greeted by a NON-smiling person who seemed to not want to be there! She gave me a receipt and I was on my way... We visit Omak often cuz I have family here and will probably stay here again.... it is cheaper than staying at the Peppertree next door. A shout-out to the housekeeping lady on Sunday.... she was very patient & kind....we checked out alittle late (I did ask for a late check out though) but she didn't seem to be put out by our late checkout! Thank you!

The breakfast selections in some areas.... The Front Desk staff should be more uniformly dressed. They were very casual! I wasn't sure who worked there! There was no consistency; even dressed in the same color would be an improvement! A simple pullover shirt would be easy enough also.
