Really cool hotel. Family loved everything about the Twisp River Suites. We booked a family sized room and a pet friendly room for our family of 6 with two golden retrievers. The rooms and accommodations are even better than the pictures. The attention to detail in each room is pretty amazing. Sleeping masks, slippers, readers, dog treats and water bowl…not something you often find these days. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Ate outside and watched the river from the patio. Highly recommended for all visiting the area. We will absolutely book again.

I'll start with the fact that we Twisp River Suites made my trip an annual one and we booked w Twisp River Suites for next year before we left. Add'l I got home and have booked another trip there in Sept and will be booking 2 more trips there over the next few months. What Jo has built here is really special and wonderful! If you want to be well cared for, in the beauty of Eastern Washington- this is your place. You will NOT only LOVE it, but you'll be booking your next trips before you leave too.

My husband and I travel frequently both for work and enjoyment, and I can honestly say that Twisp River Suites may be the best place we've ever stayed. Certainly the best in Washington. They offer the kind of hospitality that you will rarely find anywhere else. The owner Joe and all the staff at the front desk went absolutely above and beyond to help us when we ended up with a broken down car. We didn't even have to ask them, the instinct to help was automatic and truly made our trip special. On top of that, the food was amazing, the room was perfect, and the many places to relax right next to the river were absolutely beautiful. So many incredible places to eat and enjoy within walking distance. You really get the sense that you are part of the family while you are there. We will certainly be back!

Honestly nothing, it was perfect

The location was great just a short walk to downtown Twisp and right along the river. Beautiful setting with a very friendly staff and owner.

Not a big deal, but we learned when we arrived that breakfast was in a sack in the refrigerator in our room. It was great though and a step up from what you usually get at hotels. Unless you have a suite you'll have to eat your breakfast on your bed or take it and go somewhere. The breakfast bar only runs on the weekends.

You know how in the movies, they always have these great small-town lodges where the owner runs the place and there is a cozy central gathering area where everyone hangs out? I though this was only a Hollywood fabrication, but Twisp River Suites is that place!! This is the warm, charming boutique hotel and sitting on the patios listening to the river was so relaxing. The breakfast spread each morning was home made and quite delicious. Joe Baby epitomizes what a proprietor should be and his pride is evident. He truly cares about the comfort and experience of each guest. Can't wait to go back.

Twisp River Suites was a perfect retreat in the foothills of the North Cascades. The accommodations were spacious, and the owner/staff had thought of everything a person might want or need for their stay. The shared spaces by the river were perfect for relaxing; there was a hot tub, porch swings, a hammock, and even chairs at the river's edge. The staff were friendly and personable. The breakfast was delicious, with several homemade dishes to choose from.

There's nothing that I would change; the staff was friendly, and the accommodations exceeded expectations.

Great check-in process with a tour of the facilities and suite (don’t find this type of personalization anymore at hotels). Very friendly staff who makes you feel at home and very helpful and accommodating. We met the owner and he offered suggestions for our hikes. He was an interesting person and nice to talk with. Excellent breakfast with plenty of varieties not typical continental items like other hotels. Best breakfast we ate on our road trip staying at 6 different hotels and B&B. Awesome massage chair in the lobby area which is great after a hike (after getting showered and cleaned up of course). Great view of the river and love the screened-in balcony. Walking distance to all restaurants and market in town.

Having to leave!

Right by the river—so lovely. There was a nice outdoor patio with comfortable chairs and a porch swing to sit and relax in with the soothing sounds of the river right below you. Nice trail down to the river where you could sit and relax by (mosquitoes this time of year shortened our time down there.). The room was very comfortable and cool, given the hot temps the days we were there. The service was exceptional— the owner Joe was very friendly and had all the time in the world to visit with us. The staff was equally welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and easy to take on the go or eat in your room or in the dining area. Make sure to book a room with a screened-in deck with its own porch swing! We didn’t and I would definitely do that if we come back to Twisp.

Amazingly friendly staff always willing to help in case of questions, cozy lobby and outside area, terrific location usable for hiking in North Cascades National Park

It would have been terrific, if the great breakfast buffet had been offered everyday. Instead, on day 2 and 3 we could choose breakfast from three options for next day. That was fine, buffet would just have been better.

Adored Joe, Donna and Deb. Beautiful location. Fantastic breakfasts and lovely people. I hope we can return some day. Cannot recommend Twisp Suites more highly. Local restaurants and bars were welcoming, with great food. So many artisans from bakeries, to iron and leatherworks, to candles, pottery and much more ...a really pleasure
