This place has such amazing staff, they would go out of their way to do things they can help with. The lady there was super nice. It’s one of my favorite go to spot since the rates are decent and the rooms are clean. It’s a plus there’s a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker with stuff for coffee and a blow dryer right next to the sink. The room also got a Tv that actually works with good channels. the sheets are always clean and so are the towels. it’s a great place to stay at with decent prices.

it’s not a 100% guarantee the room you booked online will be available when you get there so it’s best go in person or earlier in the day before they’re all taken.

We normally stay at SeaTac but wanted to be north to meet our daughter for dinner. This was a great location, easy to find, very suitable room. Very clean... in fact so much so that the Chlorine smell was too strong for me and I had to leave the window open and turn on the fan... not a problem as I like air.

The smell was the only thing. The TV is mounted on the wall so you can't really watch it from bed without some ingenuity.

Clean bathroom and nicely furbished.

I did not feel comfortable around other guests. Some of them stared at us from the windows or when sitting in their cars. This location was near a street with streetwalkers. The inn also had a statement that no drugs nor prostitution would be tolerated which did not make us feel safe (as it tells you these illegal things probably happen here).

Great location and value for being so close to the city…clean facility, friendly family oriented staff, well lit parking lot and overall a quiet stay.

This hotel is right off the major oasis of prostitution in Seattle…expect a bit of culture shock. Don’t demean your worth though by staying in this neighborhood.

The free breakfast was awesome, the staff were awesome, super friendly, the location was a way from the city, but apart from that it was great.

The smell in the room when we first entered was not great, get some new air freshener and keep the window open for abit and it would of been 10/10

Breakfast provided as an included option as a to-go kit. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Friendly staff!!

Towels could have been newer and shampoo was a little watered down but other than that, it was a great stay!

It’s a comfortable hotel and good location for east busy into Seattle downtown. Reception staff very polite and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Only negative comment is for anyone not familiar with the area, there are homeless people along the street, more so as you go further south down the street, so hide or remove any valuables in your car overnight.

The price was what I was looking for: cozy, affordable, great staff, and very communicative staff! They were proactive in helping with the leak in the fridge, bringing up utensils, and also very clear about the deposit and everything!

There was nothing I did not like.

Some of the soap and lotion dispensers were empty and the staff were very responsive to bring us soap and lotion separately. They also made a trip in the evening to bring us extra blankets. I really appreciated the customer service!

It’s a great low budget hotel. Good size rooms and in room facilities. Free ice machine and good location to catch bus into city.

Would like a kettle in the room but we have no real complaints.
