Nice, clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower and clean bathroom. Great access to the train so you can go to and from the airport and Seattle downtown activities without worrying about traffic. Great continental breakfast included (with make-your-own waffles and lots of other tasty options). Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out. Northgate area has lots of restaurants nearby, so it's convenient for that.

Parking was pricy at $20/day considering this wasn't downtown and they have their own dedicated garage.

The breakfast was delicious. Good sized rooms and it was very clean. The whole property smelled as if it had been disinfected recently. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the convenience store on site for late night snacks.

It's expensive to get here from the airport in a taxi or Uber and public transportation with luggage wouldn't be ideal. It also takes like 2 hours on public transport and that's not workable if you're on a tight schedule.

Courteous and efficient staff got us checked into our spacious room which was quiet even though it faced the highway and the light rail line. The room was clean and everything was in good shape. There were multiple breakfast options which changed day to day.

No daily room service! If we wanted clean towels, we had to ask at reception. Empty the wastebasket? Leave it outside the door. Make up your own bed. A glaring omission for an upscale property. The shower is odd in that the control is on one sidewall and the shower head is on the other. It takes *a while* to dial in the desired temperature. Parking is extra. Breakfast options excluded peanut butter. ;-(. Pre-fab scrambled eggs. ;-(.

Really safe parking with EV charging stations. I checked in late and was greeted by nice staff. They had coffee and tea available 24hrs. They have an elevator that brings you directly to the parking garage.

The vending machine in my floor was not working, but they have plenty of options for beverages and snacks (with some healthy options) at reception.

Breakfast was some of the best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! The bed was extremely comfy and the balcony was an extra little surprise! Wish we could've stayed longer! The check in was quick and easy and the woman who was helping us was SO friendly! (I wish I could remember her name - night shift on Wednesday 7.12 and name started with a "T")

clean room, comfortable beds, well planned rooms and bathrooms, love the small shelf under the bathroom mirror for makeup, also another mirror by t.v. to do hair , nice shower, plenty of room in the bathroom

Like everywhere else they must have been short on staff, I had to go to the lobby if I needed anything because the nice gal was working alone

Return stay, good as always! Rooms are modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great for easy access onto the I5 and taking transit into downtown or UW campus etc. The staff were hospitable. Breakfast was average - there were allergy alternatives prepared in the back, just have to ask. Wi-Fi worked well and mini-fridge and microwave were nice to have in room.

it was in a convenient location!

the only thing was that one of the treadmills was broken. and it was one I cut my workout short so someone could use mine because I didn’t want anyone to get hurt. they were quick to make sure to get a tag on it that it was broken. otherwise it was great!
