Location was great. Shuttle service to and from the casino was nice and convenient. Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice and effective. Checking in and out was fast. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was pretty great. If I had to complain, I'd say the continental breakfast could be a bit better. It wasn't bad by any means, and there were plenty of options. The only hot dish was an egg, bacon, potato and cheese concoction and the eggs were a bit strange. The cheese was hard. But overall not a big deal. It was still pretty good for a continental breakfast. Also the elevators made some janky noises that caused me some anxiety.

Right away the two men at the counter were very warm and welcoming. They were also professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Parking was easy. The breakfast was ample. We found all of the staff members we encountered to be ready to help and were friendly. We are so happy to have found this spot and will return again.

Carpet in the rooms needed cleaning or to be removed all together. Slight odors in the rooms I believe coming from the old carpets.

My problem was my confirmation from you for 2 room’s didn’t translated to them as only 1 room. (They told me this happens with you all the time, at least this is what they said) It was just a big mess to get it all straight. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

The cooking staff was awesome. Went out of their way to help with making waffles and since I was allergic to onions, made me an omelet without the onions/peppers from a western omelet.

One of the queen beds sagged in the middle, which made for a stiff back in the morning.

The comfort of the bed was excellent and the food service personnel at breakfast keeps the area clean and is very helpful.

We like the cookies that were served in the evening and they are no longer offered or there are so few that there aren't any left after 5:30 p.m.

We enjoyed the hotel. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like that we weren't informed the pool was being serviced by booking.com. Yes, we could use a different pool at another hotel but feel this should have been stated before booking as it is one of the items I searched for when booking. I would have chosen differently had I known.

Always try to stay at Hampton Inn when we go away. Which is not very often. So when we do go away, it's very important to us that the facilities be clean. Staff is gracious and accommodating. Hot breakfast is always wonderful. We have missed it the last couple of years.

The pool was closed for renovations. But aside from that, nothing to complain about.

The staff was simply fantastic, particularly the supervisor of the breakfast that went out of her way to assist my wife, who has a milk allergy. We hope to return soon. Thanks, Larry Mercado

The mattress can be softer.

It was a very good breakfast. And the people who worked there was always so helpful and kind.

I didn't like that that pool wasn't open. It wasn't the fault of the hotel. but they did offer us passes to another hotel to use their pool.
