Holiday Inn Martinsburg, an IHG Hotel

I loved the spa tub in my room it was fantastic, the staff was amazing and so friendly towards us during our stay. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, I was provided towels and soaps along with “bubbles” for my spa tub. The room was very clean and being able to control the thermostat was a huge perk not many hotels offer. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets and sheets were extremely soft and plush. I have recommended this hotel to many friends and family and will continue to do so. My stay was exceptional it’s set the bar quite high for any hotel stays in the future.

Very comfortable bed, definitely best bed in a hotel I have ever slept in. Very clean. Staff very friendly especially Sammy who works in the restaurant where we had breakfast. Check in was really easy and also check out. Good location. Would recommend.

We had noise at night from the highway traffic which was bearable but a lorry was parked outside the hotel near our room and it was a refrigerated lorry and the noise was very loud and kept us awake all night.

easy access off #81. welcomed warmly and assisted by Ted on duty. Room well equipped, bed particularly excellent in comfort. Room service good. was disappointed not to have complimentary bfast at the price. But room service brought excellent bfast even though I had to pay for it. I would definitely come back to this Holiday Inn!

see above re bfast. My room Keurig coffee maker was faulty. I wanted extra coffee as I left at 11am but none available.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and quiet. this was a late check in early departure stay everything was as expected and I would stay again

Little screw up when we arrived as we were given a room that did not meet what we have booked (two queens vs king) we also noticed we were being charged for 2 nights when this was a one night stay. desk clerk made the corrections, so at the end it was all good

The property was very clean well designed, the beds were super comfortable. We had a dog and the location of the pet friendly rooms was very close to the dog run area. My husband left his wedding ring in the bathroom the staff took my concerns very seriously found my ring and shipped it to me. I can’t say enough about how eager they were to make us happy.

The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly, the hotel room definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed at a holiday inn in chambersburg with a whirlpool tub and it was great, but this one was phenomenal! The tub was in the main room and wayyyy bigger. They had a restaurant right next to the lobby so we didnt even need to leave the hotel for food. We are definitely going to be staying here when we come home to visit again.

had no complaints. only problem we had was with entrance ramp to I81 north being closed at Tabler Station road and gps didn’t know about it. not your fault. got help from your staff when I called to ask how to get to the hotel w/o going on route 81.

really nice breakfast, good choices available. Location is perfect; right off I81. 'We've stayed here before and will do so again. Dog friendly too, which is necessary for us.

I like how u can relax go swimming that's my favorite the rooms are clean and comfortable u can sleep late because it's dark

I do not like how the bar, and restaurant close to early 9:00pm I think it's a little bit early some people aren't even settling down until then I think 11pm for bar is good and I was there in the week time not sure how late they are open on the weekend that's my only thing

After i booked a guy at the bar said He used HOPPER i looked at the app it was 40.oo less never heard of it. Now you have competition from me. The bar closed at 9pm. And dinner at 8..No free breakfast buffet
