We were surprised for the rate. We got in about 11:00 pm, it smelled and looked nice and clean when we walked it. The staff was awesome at the desk and upon getting to our room, again just as pleased to see how nice. Definitely will make this a regular stop between travels!

Can’t say a thing we didn’t like.

Location was excellent, very quiet but right off the freeway. Very clean, neat hotel. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast.

A couple extra towels in the room would be nice. Toilet paper was almost empty and no extra roll in the room. No kleenex. Otherwise, it was outstanding.

Location easy to get to. Greeted friendly. Appreciated the upkeep of property. Reasonably priced for passing through on the way to Cleveland, OH

Coffee was machine. I like strong coffee. I bring my own Keurig but didn't get it from the car for 1 night.

Good location, right off the interstate. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Our room was a little dusty and there were a few stains on the carpet and chairs. The window and mirror were streaked. One of the lights in the bathroom was burnt out. We couldn’t find anyone at the desk when we checked out, they need a bell at the counter to alert the staff. Breakfast was okay, some condiments were gone but couldn’t find staff to help.

Hotel was very clean

we went to check in after making reservations to find out that the pet friendly hotel we bought was no longer pet friendly with a small dog with us which made it a serious concern we advised management we will check coming to leave because We were understand her staying or Doc could be with us they did make accommodations for us to stay after arguing with them we then woke up the next morning to find a breakfast stop serving at 9:30 we got done at 9:45 and everything is cleaned up and gone

the man who checked me in was not friendly at all! had to wait at the desk for several minutes for someone to show up and he acted like I was bothering him. no soap in the bathroom. I have never ever stayed at a hotel where there was no soap! very very inconvenient!

Breakfast was very good. Everything looked very clean and sanitary. Located just off the interstate but far enough not to get traffic noise.

No complaints. All good.

Staff was very helpful with any questions and making sure we had the accommodations we needed for our trip. As a family of four, with a handicapped member as well, traveling can be so stressful but thankfully the staff was able to make everything run a little more smoothly for us! Thanks again!!

Overall a great facility. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but just felt like they were too soft for our liking. We would still stay again.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was very weak and eggs were not warm, but supply was replenished, and was better! Location was very convenient!

We were very pleased! They were very courteous and kind! Breakfast was not the best, but they were on top of it immediately!

The front desk person was super nice. Our room was super comfy! The bed was so nice we almost booked another night just because we were that comfy! Definitely would stay here again!

The out side could use some work. But we didn't come to stay outside so it didn't really bother us. Lol
