Good price and is very easy to find and is in a nice location. They have a nice breakfast area and a nice snack room to buy any food, drinks, or other necessities. Stacie worked two of the three nights we stayed and she was so friendly and was more than happy to help! There is a lady with long blonde hair that was also very nice and helpful but I didn’t get her name. My partner and I stayed in a pet room since we had a cat and I am very glad and thankful that they allow cats! Most hotels claim to be pet friendly and then only allow dogs so we really appreciate Quality Inn & Suites of Caldwell truly being pet friendly!

Only complaint I have was how stained the mattresses were which I wasn’t expecting anything to be perfect as it’s a hotel and people are steadily in and out.

Friendly staff, great location near I-77, delicious breakfast with waffles and just an overall good hotel. Michelle went out of her way to keep breakfast fully stocked while pulling triple duty of working the front desk and cleaning!

Noisy neighbors above us and book ending us on each side. The walls are thin, as late arrivals woke us up all around us. It would have been nice to spread out the guests since the hotel wasn't half full.

I liked that it was close off of the road and I could easily get back on to the interstate to finish my journey. They had some healthy options for breakfast; however, I would suggest to add free water because everyone doesn’t drink juice or coffee. I shouldn’t have to pay for water.

There was a family next door to me with a new born baby (under 6 months old) that cried a lot. That was not the hotel’s fault but it was a little disturbing. I do wish there was more around to eat than fast food places and those places didn’t close so early. Encourage the town to add more options in the area that could offer healthier food choices.

Room was immaculate and orderly. Cleanliness was exceptional. Bed and pillows were actually very comfy, we slept well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location regarding where we were intending to visit was superb. Very good experience!

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Oh maybe there is one thing. We didn't like the fact that we had to leave so soon!

we stayed on ground floor which was awesome as soon as we enter our room was just as you walked in , which I loved hauling in luggage made it handy.

bathroom vanity was just too small to lay out your items . breakfast was lacking one morning no butter ran out of batter for waffles no one in sight to ask for more and ran out of milk , other places they had eggs bacon biscuits.

The staff was friendly and courteous. I had a con een about my room and Limda resolved it immediately. The hotel was clean so I had no concerns. I like the the counter set up with stools which made the room a little more cozier.

No pool 😞 . There was nothing for me to complain about. The room was worth thw price I paid and I met some nice e people who stayed there as well.

Selected hotel based on reviews that said it was a very clean property. We went a little out of our way to stay there, but was worth the extra miles. We would definitely stay there again.

Neighboring room kept their TV on all night, which was a bit annoying. Had to turn fan on to drown out the noise. Breakfast selection was minimal.

Coffee was fresh, breakfast was sausage gravy & biscuits, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit and juices.

We were next to a room with a dog that barked several times during the night. Also we could hear other guests above us walking around.

Check in with Carol was wonderful. You could tell her main goal was to insure a great stay away from home. ended up staying an extra day due to illness (not covid) and the extra stay was not an issue. thank you

The only problem I had at the hotel the the quote that I was quoted at booking was completely different from what I paid at the hotel
