Location was right off the freeway. The parking lot was jammed, and not easy to find the entrance, it was unexpected to enter in front of the dairy queen. but the receptionist was up when we got in at 1:30 am and cheerful! We got the last room, and was glad we reserved it in the morning. Breakfast was ok, but we got some apples and coffee for the ride out. My hubby got some yogurt. We were only there to break up the drive to Pittsburgh from NC. I must say that the beds were very comfortable, and I have trouble sleeping on most any bed. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was hot and full power water, and we were in an end upstairs unit.

More protein choice for breakfast, like some eggs? Maybe there were some, I just didn't see them? Hard boiled would have been fine. There was the standard toast, muffins, coffee, oatmeal. But the place was clean!

Breakfast was just OK; could have used more fruit (bananas?) and maybe a small pastry, yogurt that didn't contain artificial sweetener. Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable but could have used a chair or two-no place to sit except the beds. All the staff we saw were professional, friendly and helpful.

The restroom off the lobby was shabby and dingy. The entrance and parking lot shared by the Dairy Queen need to be repaved; they did not make an inviting good first impression of the property.

There were communication issues between me and the person booking the room. Much of my information had to be repeated multiple times including email address and numbers on my card. He was very difficult to understand.I never received the conformation receipt number per my email address. When I asked about this on arrival he said the software was not working. The following day I asked for a receipt for payment and received a paper receipt. Breakfast was more like a continental breakfast. Maybe it should be advertised as just that. Sausage and eggs were not edible.

Where do I start?? The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered was a great selection for how small the area was. The rooms were clean, smelled good and the AC blows super cold. The shower head is super high and the water pressure is FANTASTIC. TVs have a bunch of options for streaming, and there are a ton of lamps in the room so that’s great. ALSO THE FRIDGES HAVE FREEZERS?!? I really am pleased with my stay!

Parking was a bit tight.

Comfy bed, spacious room, excellent shower, nice TV, desk for work, microwave and good-sized fridge. All things I appreciated on my 16-night stay. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

One thing insignificant to pretty much everyone but me...I didn't bring a cell phone and for some reason I was unable to use my AT&T Pre-Paid phone card to call out from the room phone.

Breakfast was adequate & served my purposes. I'd stayed here before COVID when breakfast was a bit more robust but what's there now is fine.

Things were fine. Not really anything that I can complain about or change. Bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Clean room and comfortable beds! Centrally located to all the outdoorsy things.

You can hear the people above you stomping around but didn’t bother me, slept great and so did they until they woke up :D

The staff were really friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the location right off the interstate was easy off and back to, there were a wide variety of restaurants and gas stations to choose from. Even the parking lot was clean and well lit. Nicest stay we had in six days of travel!

Breakfast was fine. Location was a little out of the way.

When I booked the room I was looking for Best Western and that’s what we were looking for. As a result of it being called Surestay we missed it and had to back track about 3 miles.

Late check out, friendly staff, hot breakfast, and accessible entry via elevator on each floor.

Nearby construction caused some accessibility issues.
