The hotel had a great little beach with lots of benches outside and wonderful views. The lawn games were an unexpected and delightful find. The pool area and hot tub were also great. The fitness center was well-equipped and I loved having a private little back patio that opened out onto the lake.

Housekeeping only comes every 3 days. We stayed 5 days and they never came to our room. The hotel is still serving grab bags for breakfast citing COVID, even though restaurants are back to full service. No other hotel services appear impacted so….?? It would be great to start the day with a how meal.

Located on Lake Superior - Private Beach in the Cheq. Bay of Lake Superior - The Apostle Islands. The property is always clean and comfortable. Allows my 2 large service dogs. Located near the home of my children.

The property is always beautiful- I enjoy staying here however I cannot afford to stay in the summer of regular room rate of $260.00 per night. I stay to visit my children - Ashland Wisconsin is very desolate and housing impossible- disappointing the summer rates.

We were there for our Dad's funeral and they went over the top for us. They made sure we had all our rooms together. Gary was just wonderful with everything we needed. We are coming back next weekend and it will definitely we our hotel we will always choose when we come to Ashland.

The view of the lake was especially nice. Amenities were decent, our room was clean. It was, all and all, a very pleasant stay.

We were pretty happy with all of it.

Right on Lake Superior! Check in was easy and desk clerk made us feel welcome! Breakfast area was great! Just like a resort without the fee!

Their private beach and location. Also that they are petfriendly.

There were old orange peels in the floor.

I would have liked a yogurt option on the breakfast menu.

Parking was a little crazy with all of the pick ups and boats in the lot.

I have mobility issue (require a cane). My room was on the second floor, at the extreme end of the inn. Paid for two rooms, so my son could stay as well...due to crowding, staff was unable to provide adjoining rooms.

View of the lake, arcade, pool, breakfast to go was ok. Little gift shop was nice

Front desk staff could've been a little friendlier. Lifeguard didn't enforce any rules for waterslides but she seemed friendly anyway. Pools and hottub weren't warm enough. Half the arcade tokens don't work and couldn't exchange them at front desk.
