This is a newly renovated hotel that has been expanded and updated. It's beautiful inside in ask areas. They have a great breakfast with waffles, eggs, and breakfast meats. They also offer the usual cereal, bread, yogurts, and juice. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I didn't get a chance to check out their new indoor pool, but the area looked inviting and fun.

There wasn't much to dislike. My only issue was the switch that seemed to be useless, and we couldn't figure out what it could be for. We also had to get help turning off the ambiance light behind the bed because I had accidently turned it in and didn't know where. 🤣

The pool and hot tub were very nice even tho the pool was not heated, it was inside. The only ice machine was on the third floor. So if you were on the ground floor it meant riding the elevator up to get ice. location was right next to the highway, so that was convenient as well. The breakfast area was clean and well lit. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice. They were not reserved to help with forgotten things that needed to be supplied like shampoo and other things that you forgot at home. The towels provided in the pool area were the only dissatisfaction. They were rough on the skin but did get you dry before you walked to your room.

The main lobby area was really nice, a great first impression! The king room was comfortable. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast. The recent remodel looked great and the staff was friendly!

The bathroom door in our king room didn't close properly, the bottom corner of the door was not fully intact and had just been painted over instead of getting a new door. The thick texture paint on the walls and ceiling in the room seemed dated and was unappealing.

Hotel was completely newly remodeled. Everything was new including the furniture, mattresses, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, window coverings, A/C, bathroom fixtures, breakfast room appliances, etc. Lobby was welcoming with cookies and ice water. Room was large, comfortably appointed, and quiet.

Nothing to complain about.

Hotel well very clean. The staff was helpful and extremely nice. We were greeted and helped right away and they already knew who we were based on the time we put in booking for when we'd arrive. I was very impressed. Enormous pool and whirlpool which were equally clean. Bright room, tvs had lots of different options as far as YouTube tv, screen casting, regular television, ect. Bed was amazingly comfortable.

The property has recently undergone a complete remodel and has a great, sleek, modern look. My room was impeccably clean and smelled great. Front desk gal was helpful and friendly.

No ice machine on the first floor; elevator wasn’t working; messages waiting flashed on phone the entire time (front desk knows it’s an issue and they are having someone fix it soon).

Pillows, and bed were comfortable. Shower and hot tub relaxing. Breakfast was good.

Confused and frustrated how you yall had all that excessive and unessasary room around the pool but no laundry facilities. When I travel for work I need a wash machine. Ugh!

The new renovations are great. Please make the front entrance more visible and better marked.

It was right off the highway, very convenient, but the views aren’t great. Not too much can be changed about that.

The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable.

I cant think of anything I disliked about this hotel. Friendly helpful staff hot breakfast nice pool abd hot tub. The roon was clean and the bed very comfortable i would come back again!

Clean rooms. Brightly lit back parking lot. Good breakfast choices. Nice Italian restaurant next door

I think maybe the shower curtain could have used a washing. Slight odor. Other than that our stay was great!
