Good location, quit, adequate room size, adequate breakfast.

We were in a handicap room (only type available) and the shades for the window were opened and closed by an automatic system. The motor to the system was broken (the hotel is waiting for parts) and we were unable to open the shades so we always had to have lights on during the day. A bit of an inconvenience with a dark room all the time. I will admit that it was better that the shades were stuck in the closed position rather than in the opened position.

Very clean and staff responsive to request for a shower chair/stool by booking into a room with a shower with a built in seat.

Room 133 smelled smoky. Electric Window shade didn't work. Onscreen TV guide didn't work...just showed every channel as having no information. Could turn TV off and then the guide would appear and work once. Then back to all channels showing no information. Raised the issue with the front desk staff and the young man didn't have a clue or a willingness to call someone to correct. Daughter was in room 135 and doorbell didn't work.

Breakfast on Sunday with the biscuits and gravy was awesome. Breakfast the day before with just the instant eggs not as good, but did the trick.

We didn't dislike anything, but it would have been great to have the same breakfast every day (biscuits gravy, cheese egg omelette, etc.)

The property was clean and the bed and water pressure were great. The woman working the desk was delightful.

My room was across from the Taco Bell drive through, which was a bit noisy. The breakfast left something to be desired, but the coffee was good.

Choosing our brkfast was great, with more options than I'd imagined. Good to dine in dining room. Missed the wonderful breakfasts that were normal before Covid restrictions.

Poor vacuuming in corners and edges of room. Very obvious crumbs etc. One of the front desk staff members had a voice that was very loud....could here her from end of halls & in dining room....very clearly. Cigarette buttes strewn at every exit in the wood chips. The current butte receptacles obviously not working. Super staff....friendly & helpful.

Everything was very nice. My nephew loved the pool and breakfast was a good value.

Our neighbors were up at all hours and their TV was loud, but that's not on the hotel or the staff.

Well when it use to be the Holiday Inn they had eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. So it was a little disappointing that they didn't continue that .. What they had was ok.

convenient to the highway, clean, comfortable beds.
