I liked the location, the view from our room, the very friendly and helpful staff, our room was upgraded to a larger room, which was nice. We were traveling and had to adjust our reservation accordingly and the staff was able to do that smoothly and to our satisfaction. Felt very taken care of while we were here.

The breakfast could have been better. We liked that the breakfast area was not locked so we could get something if need arose, but the breakfast choices were not what I would expect in a downtown hotel. Cooked scrambled eggs would have been a healthy choice along with multigrain bread and more appealing fruit choices.

We were surprised by just how spacious the suite was for the price we were paying. The fact that it had a separate seating area was great. Also, it is hard not to love the pass-through fireplace that separated the seating area from the bed. There was a view of the water from some of the windows, and the number of windows in the room allowed for plenty of natural light. The bathroom was also very large and while we didn't use it, had a jacuzzi tub.

Overall, I did not have anything I didn't like. The closest I could come to a negative is that they did not have dedicated reception staff when we arrived, but we were served promptly when we called the number at the desk. It seems like the hotel is fairly new, and they are balancing their staff between the on-site restaurant and managing the front desk.

I was given a room upgrade by Booking.com and didn't expect what I was given. My room was huge including a bathroom, living room with sofa, chairs and fireplace.....then the bedroom was on the other side of the fireplace (which could also be viewed from the bedroom). The TV was a huge flat screen that is viewable from either the LR or the BR. They also have a Thai restaurant attached and the food was awesome. I ate on the balcony that overlooked the river and a walking park. Absolutely beautiful!

Dog friendly, helpful and attentive staff, on the water and right by parks with walking paths & public canine waste disposal, breakfast included, very large rooms, beautiful entry, convenient parking, close to restaurants and cafes

Breakfast could've been made better with more fruit and drink options as well as waffle maker instead of microwaving pre-made waffles. Grout in the bathroom could've been cleaned, and the shower curtain could've been replaced.

Well maintained, beautiful older building, suite rooms are great, don't get the Queesn size rooms, very small. Staff was very helpful and attended to our needs all the time. Would stay again if in the area. Great atmosphere for a small hotel.

They need a full size ice machine not a small table top unit. Breakfast needs more items/better selection.

I liked the kindness of the staff members. They asked me what time I was checking in and if there was anything I needed. The parking lot has plenty of space. The room was really big. Breakfast was simple. The view is amazing.

The building is a little old and gives off kind of ghost vibes. Just a lot of old lamps and antique looking chairs. But the lighting in the room made up for it. 😂

The decor is fantastic! Every staff member I had contact with was great. I was there due to a family member having medical care. I explained to the staff that I wasn’t sure if I’d be checking out or need to stay another night. They checked their reservation’s and upgraded my room so if I did need to stay again, the room would be available.

Everything was great. No complaints.

The location is great. Right on the river. Very accommodating. It was my wife and I anniversary so i asked the staff if they could have flowers or something put in the room. They went above and beyond and not only picked out a beautiful bouquet of flowers but also upgraded our room and got us a bottle of Champaign all complimentary.

My only dislike would be the smaller parking lot. The parking lot could be a little bigger.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant (from giving us a room upgrade to offering to deliver food up to our room that we ordered from their Thai restaurant!) Room was huge and clean! King bed was very comfortable.
