Jen, Tammy, Brad and Vinnie were ALL phenomenal. They REALLY make you feel at home and are just so welcoming, helping and kind.. They really care about you and their job and it shows..They went above and beyond to accommodate. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend staying here.. You're in great care and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I was in from Indiana for a wedding at the Grrenbay location.. Great people, Great place to stay 😊

The room smelled like cigarette when I got there..I put the ceiling fan on and it cleared it up.. I let the front desk know, they were not aware. A few dark stains on the chair I addressed.. overall it was a GREAT experience. I just brought these things to their attention so they were aware

On room description it says two queen beds. But I’m reality it’s one queen bed, plus a pullout/down bed that feels like you are sleeping on springs with little cushion. It’s very uncomfortable. The only normal queen bed feels very comfy. I did not expect to have only normal queen bed for our family. But I would say, it gears towards family travel setting with stove, fridge, dining table and two bathrooms. Other than that, I found it not worth the money I would normally pay for a normal hotel room with two real queen beds and working TV.

Pull out bed

We were in Green Bay for just one night to watch a Packers game. For that purpose, this hotel was just right. Compared to all other places around Lambeau Field, it was priced very reasonably. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious (we received an upgrade) and had 2 floors. It contains everything you'd need for even an extended stay, including a full kitchen with a stove and regular sized fridge. The appliances are, let's say from different decades :-) which felt a bit like travelling back in time. Everything we used was in good shape though. The beds and pull out couch were comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep. The pool was closed due to circumstances beyond the management's control, but we wouldn't have used it anyway due to our short stay. Lastly, breakfast (included in the price). This was hands down the best hotel breakfast we have had during our entire 3-week vacation. The waffle maker was our highlight, and there were scrambled egss, English muffins and gravy, as well as cereals, donuts and other pastries, granola, and fruit. Awesome!

The room seemed not well kept, as if nobody had used it in a while. Everything was fine, but there were cable ducts that had come loose from the wall and were hanging down. Plus, there was an empty bottle lying behind a curtain and some cobwebs. The bathrooms were very small and had large amounts of limestone everywhere in the toilets and sinks. Not a huge deal, but it detracted from the overall experience.

We liked everything in the room except the loud bathroom fans, but everthing else was very clean and we enjoyed some time in the hot tub too! We liked also that we were still close to lambeau field too which wasnt planned but we did go see it and loved it too! I also felt pretty safe there too, bringing my son to a hotel always makes me a little nervous but it waa very safe!

The bed was very good. My stay was only one leg of our journey and we stayed at other places on the way. This is the most comfortable bed and had the amenities we enjoy. The staff at check in and check out were very courteous and cheerful.

some of the outside maintenance could be better. The steps were a bit worn, exterior painting is needed.

Staff here is exceptional. Everyone says hello and is helpful. Far better than most places. The units are really like apartments, with fully equipped kitchens, and are spacious. EXCELLENT NEIGHBORHOOD. Looks tired and worn on the outside, the inside is much better. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Above average breakfast.

Exterior of the buildings are neglected. Perhaps they are going to sell to a developer who will tear it down and build yet more condos.

The location is great. Quite and super close to dining options. Most importantly, I forgot my swimsuit‼️ Sarah, the front desk clerk hung it out to dry until I could go back and pick it up. Sarah went over and beyond, and that's excellent guest service. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I liked everything. It was clean, spacious, full kitchen.

I could not tell if that was mold in thr vent or some weird rust. We were on our way out so I didn't investigate further. Beds where a little hard but I know that's to each person's own preference.

It was a good stay, registration clerk was very pleasant

We arrived at night, found our building but took a while to find out which suite was ours. Also there was a rather off-putting odor in the suite, even though it was very neat and clean.

Great area that allows easy walking access to the nice water-side park. The property features a full kitchen and fridge. Wifi is pretty good.

A lot of the stuff was "out of date" or "needs maintenance". On the outside everything looks great, but opening some cupboards show bunch of broken boards.
