Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

The mattress on our pull out couch was super uncomfortable. The mattress was so flat you could see the ripples of springs on the mattress. Also, the continental breakfast was delicious but the food ran out before 8:30am and there were still hungry hockey players that would have liked to eat breakfast. We asked if they could refill the food but were told that that was all the food we would be getting for the day.

Breakfast offered a nice variety and was a great way to start off our day. The pool was warm and a perfect size for our kids. It was a quiet environment and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly!

Close to a highway, but appreciated our room was on 2nd floor facing trees and a field, the quiet side of the building.

The breakfast was pretty good! There were two pools, which is nice, though we didn't use them. Quiet area.

The sheets on the pullout couch were stained with something. Mascara? The back area of the hotel was unkempt and overgrown.

This location was perfect for our trip to Taliasen. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was clean and a real treat. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The attention to detail was lovely and special.

There were some issues with the key card but when brought to the attention of the staff, they helped and explained they were upgrading.

The staff was wonderful. Extremely peasant and attentive.

Did the best they could with what they have. The rooms are showing their age. The rooms are a bit musty and the glade plug in's used in such a small space were a little overwhelming. But all in all it was a good value in a great location.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of seating, nice variety, very close to our visit to the house on the rock.

Room came with everything we needed, but we were surprised about the lack of bedding for the pull down sofa, and no bathroom plunger. Spacious room, we would stay again.

Breakfast was great with lots of good choices to eat and the gal serving was excellent and very personable. Gentlemen check us in was very kind and helpful. Loved the themes of the rooms. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks again!!

Can’t come up with anything I was disappointed with.

Didn't eat breakfast there, as I'm not an early riser & breakfast was over by the time I was ready for it.

Longer breakfast hours; tea & cookies available, as in the past.

That a good variety of breakfast items were available and the attendant was making sure that we all got fed. Thank you!

Bedskirts were not ironed, but understand that the the whole world is experiencing staff shortage. Also, enforcing to wear a mask around hallways will be a good practice until pandemic is over.

The room was clean and was very spacious. Breakfast was great. Had scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and lots of other choices. It was a wonderful stay.

The pillows are too SOFT!
