Grandstay Hotel & Suites Mount Horeb - Madison

Breakfast was okay. It would have been nice to at least have one or two hot dishes with eggs or something along those lines. I appreciate that there were lots of towels available.

The blankets on the bed were very thin and not very warm. We got very cold during the night. The TV was small and hard to see from the in-room tub.

We got a suite for our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The "living room" area also was comfortable and a bonus for us. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels and shower needs. Shortly after we checked in, the power went out in the building and surrounding area. The gentleman at the front desk didn't appear to panic and was re-assuring. The event didn't last very long and we were not inconvenienced. The breakfast was "cold" but had options that were satisfying. It was more than we expected with the pandemic concerns.

There wasn't anything we disliked about this stay.

Location very easy to get to. Breakfast was excellent. Room very spacious workers at front desk very accommodating. Wish I had to stay another night. Also bed was so comfortable. Shops and food were very close and easy to get to.

I don't think this was the same room I booked on the app. The view of room on booking.com had a couch and coffee area. Room I got had a chair and smaller room.

Breakfast could use more variety of healthy cereals - granola, etc.

kurig coffee pot did not work but I got coffee in the lobby. Shower did not stream to softer use, it was one hard jet option.

All of the hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely put this hotel as a favorite.

Very clean and cozy. Loved the fireplace in the lobby very inviting.

Very polite staff. Welcoming environment. In-room whirlpool tub more than made up for the temporarily out of order hot tub.

The in-room Keurig wasn't useable. It was there and functional, but I went to use it in the morning and when I flipped it open, there was already water in it; very sour smelling water. Ran the water through and it made the room smell sour. But there is constant how coffee in the lobby so no big deal.

It was very clean! The price was fabulous and the location was great for our needs!

I can’t think of a thing except I wish we would have stayed longer!

It was a nice hotel. Good continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The only thing I noticed is the hallway carpets were a bit dirty.

The room was great. Pool area was very nice.

Managers reception was for 2 nights and both nights someone was on duty that couldn’t serve beer or wine. That was weird. Breakfast was Ok. Eggs were dry the first day and all hot food was gone the 2nd day with more than an hour left to serve.
