Super 8 by Wyndham Janesville

Everything was immaculate. The shower was like new, the room overall was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast (can't forget about the breakfast)...was just right. The newer air conditioner in the room was a nice touch as well. This may be the best Super 8 that I've ever stayed in.

The parking situation was weird. Only a few spots out front and then everything else is located in the back. In all my years of traveling and hotel stays, I've never encountered anything like that.

The desk clerk was excellent. He has been working for Super 8 Janesville, WI a long time and I hope you retain him = raise, bonus, etc. He allowed me to use a luggage cart which he had to dig up from some where. I was in Janesville for a tennis tournament and had a lot of equipment. I needed a cart big time. In past, this gentleman has recommended great Chinese food and take out and all was good and delicious. A very helpful person. Keep him

need an elevator.

Breakfast was great!

Not being told about the handicap entrance and was told there are only a couple of steps near where we were parked but they were deep and dangerous as the sloped down and were hard to walk let a lone bring in luggage. The handicap entrance was not visible from the main entrance.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived early with little ones, after a long flight. We were able to check in early to 1 of our rooms while we waited for the other room to get cleaned and ready. The person that cleaned our rooms was so sweet. I asked for a couple extra towels and she gave it to me right away.The breakfast was great too! Thank you for making our stay nice. We traveled from Oregon.

The only thing is that we wish it had a pool.

Great Fresh coffee - Nothing better than that !! Rooms always clean when I returned each night Air conditioner worked fantastic Shower was great - Plenty of hot water !!

Nothing Place was a Great Value Will be staying there again soon !!

I frequently stay here. I like the location . And the price is great

The only thing I didn't like is I wasn't able to use the laundry facilities. There was only one washer and dryer.

Didn't eat breakfast.

Yelling in hallway when I wss trying to sleep. This is not the first time I have experienced this at your Janesville property.

I t was inexpensive

not enough parking. ended up having to park at the bar next door and pray I wasn’t towed. the little gal at the desk was too busy on her phone to answer questions

The breakfast was good. The staff was accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Limited parking was my only issue.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean.

Room rated as handicap room. The shower. Hand-hold to get in were plastic & loose. The rest of the hand-holds around the tub were way too low to be anywhere near safe for a shower.
