The customer service was excellent. The room was not only in excellent condition but had everything my family needed, including dishes and silverware. We also like the modern look of the whole building and we also had enough parking. We're usually uncomfortable at hotels because thousands of people stay in the rooms but the staff did an excellent job of cleaning and making us feel at home.

I didn't like leaving and knowing that every city does not have a Marriott hotel.

I liked the King suite layout. i also thought the lobby, breakfast area and fire pit was nicely laid out. the staff was responsive when the asked how the stay was and I explained that the water was warm, not hot. He quickly checked the boiler and we both concluded that it was likely the 20 or so athletes woke 30 minutes before me and consumed most of the hot water.

The value. the towels and bath mat were frayed.

It was quiet and comfortable

We checked in the same time a softball team checked in You only have ONE front counter employee. We waited a half hour with all our luggage to check in. I felt bad for your very nice, but extremely busy front desk worker. He was very sweet.

We were traveling with an infant, so to have a separate bedroom for her to sleep in while we enjoyed watching tv and relaxing was very convenient. We also had our dog and the hotel is set up nicely for walking him around outside.

Ground floor room for the dog also meant when the window shades were open people in the parking lot were visible and could possibly see into our room. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of dish soap too!

Breakfast was good!! A lot of variety. Location was easily accessible!

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get a military/government or a senior discount!!😠😡 since I reserved through booking.com, and not through Marriott they couldn't give it to me!! My son stayed there one more day than us and saved $300 off his rate!! When I called your customer service they said your company didn't offer those discounts!!😠😡

clean - close to everything shopping food etc. and loved the suite with 3 hound children the table and kitchen were wonderful

Wonderful newer hotel. Staff was excellent

The thin levels between main floor and next level made it very easy to hear ppl walking and stomping all night

The front of the building was very welcoming with exterior seating, grills, and a fireplace.

It was hard to see because it is located behind 3 store strip mall. There is a smaller ground level sign that points to where the hotel is located but now with the shops there it points into their parking lot. The only other thing I didn’t like was there is one way in and out of the parking lot rather than multiple driveways.

I liked everything about the property. Last minute plan for my family and it was perfect, especially to avoid bad weather on our travel south.
