Hotel Marshfield, BW Premier Collection

This hotel is a unique gem as the courtyard pool area is why we booked it. We also loved the breakfast included in the stay as it was very delicious and the staff were excellent there. We liked the upscale look of this hotel and thought it was a great deal for the price.

I booked through booking.com and when we checked in, we were given the worst room available as it looked directly into a brick wall. I believe it was room 250. I asked if we could have a room with a view and even down graded from a king to two queesn beds to get that and when we walked into room 160 what did we see, nothing but trees. I feel the trees are great looking in the courtyard but definitely need to be trimmed back. The women who checked us in, wish I remembered her name was not very informative on what the hotel offered and was not pleasurable after we said we booked through the booking site. We loved the hotel itself and pool area, just feel the check-in could have been handled better.

About everything. I only took one point of because they do not have sun umbrellas at the sun beds at the pool. Everything else was fantastic. the room was super clean, the coffee maker appreciated, parking close to the room to get luggage in and out in easy manner; pool was absolutely fabouöous as much as the jacuzzi. Drinks were tasty and service at bar outstanding.

I don't recall hearing much of anything from outside our room once we shut the door. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had no issues, but I observed the way they took care of others while we waited for the rest of our dinner party. The food and service at the on-site restaurant was excellent.

The room description on the Internet is not correct.

large, clean, comfortable rooms. flat screen tv with multiple cable channels; in-room refrigerator; easy parking by the rooms; good, hot breakfast; accepts well-behaved dogs left alone

restaurant is closed on Sundays and holidays; no vending machines - have to purchase snacks and beverages from front desk

Staff was ultra friendly, room was quiet and clean. Pool area was really nice.

We were expecting cleaning service after the first night since there was no signage stating otherwise, sadly there was none. Other than this, fantastic stay.

The staff went above and beyond for my wife and I's wedding anniversary. On our night of arrival, chocolate covered strawberries were delivered to our room free of charge. Sometimes it's the little things. This was a generous touch and made us have a wonderful warm welcome. The staff was always very nice and communicative. Would recommend 10/10!

Breakfast was excellent. We loved the hot tubs/pool!

Not real happy with the cooling system in the room, it was very hard to regulate the temp. Fan blew cool air then hot air, so we were either cold or hot. Not a steady trmp.

It was clean, quiet, good food and nice bar and good customer service.

The bed was okay for 1 night, but not for 2 = back ache. Phone glitch woke me up 3 times in the night. Had to unplug it.

Outdoor hot tub! Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Person at desk when I checked out went above and beyond.

Initial person at desk wasn't rude, but wasn't overly friendly. When in room could hear everything in the hallway, including ice machine. Room was updated except for the bathtub, the finish was coming off.

The sauna was not warm at all. It has a timer, but in the cooler months 30 minutes is not long enough to even get it warm.

Everything! The room was neat and tidy. The little extras included glass water glasses and ceramic coffee mugs in the room. The hot tub and heated swimming pool were delightful.
