Windsor Place Inn

It was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was adequate and I loved being able to get lattes and cappuccinos at any hour and it was all around. Great stay we was there for our anniversary. We did a lot of sightseeing and having a clean and comfortable room to come back to every night that was really nice.

They need to have better signage. The Windsor place sign sits in front of what appears to be a abandoned supper 8 motel. We pulled into the parking lot thinking that we made a mistake booking this place. We discovered the Windsor is located behind this building. Once we found the right place it was a good place to stay.

I appreciate so many things about this hotel. My primary decision was based on cost + some good reviews on booking.com. But I could tell those good reviews were well deserved right when I checked in. Great staff & and HUGE room with lots of little extras like office and lounge chairs so I could sit and enjoy TV. I was also wowed by the breakfast options. Many pastry/donuts and fruit if you're on the go. The coveted waffle iron which is my favorite. So many other options to list as well as lots of juice & coffee. It was an impromptu stay, so I didn't get to enjoy the pool area, but it looked nice & well maintained.

I can't think of a single thing I'd say needs improvement.

Breakfast was good: when food was low, fresh food was soon to follow.

The computer locked the door of our room on the day we were to check out, at 9 instead of 11. We had to go to the front desk to update our keys. We were surprised that housekeeping did not make the bed each day, but the bathroom was cleaned every day.

The staff was very helpful. We had a couple issues and they fixed them right away no questions asked.

Breakfast could have been better. The toilet was super low to the floor. It was hard to use.

Very large room, very comfortable with 2 easy chairs and good lighting. Comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. Bath towels are nice nice and thick. Good (warm) breakfast.

Carpet not clean everywhere (but construction workers seem to stay in this property). Coffee was pretty awful. Stairs (no elevator) to upstairs rooms.

the pool was bathwater warm which was actually nicer than a hot tub (which there was non) Room was very clean and spacious. Ramon at the front desk was very friendly and nice. The night check in girl was very nice as well as we had to take the room key back 3 times to get it to work.

Because we were charged 200 for each room I assumed there would be a bit more "free breakfast". The options and selection were fine, but I expected posh for a room that cost 200 a night. It was OK. The property is just great but price is a little too much. If given a choice I would have stayed at a less expensive location, but the area in October seems to be booked solid.

The room was clean and the helpful staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was super. The staff helped us with very good directions to places we wanted to get to and offered some interesting places to see.

The property was very clean and the staff very personable and attentive! there was a comfortable atmosphere and would stay again the next time we visit the area!

plan on staying on first floor if you need an elevator. they may be installing one with expansion. no complaints.
