We were in Ripon for the FABM Conference at Green Lake, and the day's activities always started early, so we didn't ever have time for breakfast, but it looked great! Boarders was the closest lodging we could afford. Also, the lock screen on the RCA television looked like our dog that was staying in a kennel at home.

Everything that was in the room was great, but a microwave would have been nice, maybe where the safe was (a nice touch for some folks, but unnecessary for us). A night light would be nice. We're old and need a few trips to the facilities at night.

good location, easy to find. the place was clean and the pool and hot tub were operational. a surprise for us they took pets which we wound up needing to take our dog last minute. i didn’t see or hear any other animals. the on staff was very nice, there was a new lady training and they both were very friendly. the room was typical and ac operational as well.

the pool was cold. the only “hot” item (besides possibly the instant oatmeal and toasted bread/bagel) was the biscuits and gravy. the biscuits were put out cold (so I would have to toast or microwave them-and they tasted stale. the gravy was thick and bland. i couldn’t even eat the whole thing. the hard boiled eggs were a little rubbery. very unimpressed. the coffee was good though.

Location was good right on the main road between Ripon and Green Lake. Breakfast was average and I wish the facility would have had a guest laundry so we would not have had to visit a local laundromat.

As mentioned above, could have used a guest laundry facility - these seem to be standard in most motels these days.

Older hotel, clean, quiet and relaxing. Knew this wasn't a resort or 5 star hotel, yet never felt a reason to want anything more for my short stay.

I always wish I could get a better price. But for what was around the area, this proved to be a very good value.

Breakfast was great eggs and bacon, waffles, etc. it’s a cute, quaint, rustic atmosphere. We were actually very impressed.

Clean and the staff went the extra mile to assist fellow travelers in distress. Staff was very friendly and helpful to us as well.

The breakfast was awesome. The room was nice. It was clean.

The shower was disappointing. The water built up in the tub while showering. Also half the water came out of the tub spout and the other half came out of the shower head. The hot tub was warm but not hot.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of options were available for breakfast We had a frig and micro on our whirlpool suite room and it was only $10 more than a regular room.

Great location on main road. Well kept property, good breakfast options.
