only $20 more got me a whirlpool in my room. barely any wait with my 4pm checkin which can start at 3pm. could hear other residents as I walked to my room but heard nothing noticeable from my room. I didn't explore beyond the lobby area to my room.

the whirlpool in room 120 had a small leak, which didn't effect me at all, just a small wet patch on the carpet and an eventually maintenence cost for the hotel. would have been nice to be able to turn the TV so it can be watched from the whirlpool, which can fit 1 medium person relatively comfortably, 2 small people would still have to overlap.

The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good with many options. The bathroom design was efficient. We liked the split design where one could be showering or going to the bathroom while the other could be using the sink and vanity. Several updates in the room looked nice. We found the bed to be comfortable and the sheets soft.

Other updates need to be made soon. The shabby furniture didn't look quite right on the new tile and carpet. Unfortunately, we were not told we were going to have a whopping bill for Saturday night. It was three times bigger than the other nights. Accommodations citywide were in short supply due to a Packers game. We were totally unaware and were shocked at the itemized bill when we checked out. We have never paid that much for a hotel, even on the beach. We felt we got gouged.

We have stayed at this hotel whenever we are in Oshkosh for the last decade. A nice room at a good price and a good location. My husband does like to use the pool. Although we didn't use it, I was pleased to see a safe to secure valuables.

I would prefer to see a larger selection of yogurts and pastries for the breakfast. It would have been nice to have a small food prep area.

It was clean, nice beds and tub. Had a good a/c. Grab and go breakfast. Within 10 minutes of pretty much anything you would want to do in Oshgosh. Front desk was nice. Windows open in hotel room.

No elevator with long hallways. We were there on a fully booked night and it was very noisy and the doors to the hallways are extremely loud when they shut. If you are a light sleeper I would find another hotel. Hot tub was also closed down.

Breakfast was fine, your usual continental breakfast. Did have hot food (sausage, eggs and waffles).

They have a pool, but wish they had a hot tub. Could have used a visit to the hot tub to loosen up the joints.

The people were great and I felt welcome. room was clean and bed comfotable.

The breakfast was not what I expected, there is a hot tub but it was not working, it should be fixed or removed. the room I was in, was comfotable and clean. But is unfinished with updates or something they were doing to the room.

convenient location,reasonable price , and could pay in advance or upon arrival

wasn’t really a clean room, was burns on the furniture from someone who smoked. and the floor was dirty in the bathroom , and food crumbs underneath the soft chair cushions

The Room was very comfortable. The accessible bathroom was better than many others we have stayed at.

The breakfast was not as good as we have had at other Quality Inns. When the bathroom door was fully open it some what blocked access to one side of the bed.

I was on the road for a week & this was the best place I stayed during my travels. Clean room, spacious, safe & had the amenities I needed. Thank you for a great experience!

Hot tub was out of commission but I knew that when I booked the reservation.

We booked a pet friendly room because we were traveling with our Brittany, Dixie. It has been a long time since we traveled with a dog. I was happy they put us in a room by the back exit so we didn’t have to take her all the way down the hall to the main exit. The floors in the room were vinyl so I didn’t have to worry about any accidents. Luckily we had no accidents. The bed was comfortable so my husband was happy and if he is happy, I am happy. All was great, not fancy but great.

I have no complaints.
