Jefferson Street Inn, a Member of Radisson Individuals

Pros - location was right at the center of everything but still very quiet, clean rooms, comfortable bed, good Starbucks coffee in the room, staff informed us in advance and gave us a discount for an elevator that was out of order on arrival

Cons - breakfast was included but very poor quality and motel style - might as well have not “included” in the price

Ben and Peter were great. Assisted us by holding our luggage and pointing out some local sights. Great people skills!

Clean, quiet room. Personable staff

I like the small suite room. It was really fitting. Loved the whirlpool tub, loved u could open the windows, loved the bed very comfy. The restaurant was convenient. Very friends s workers. Beautiful Christmas decorations. The pool area.

The free breakfast thing. Just wasn’t convenient to not be able to just go down and get some breakfast. Some people are not good with technology so that kinda stank. Woulda been nice if the restaurant was open for breakfast. And quite a few of our outlets didn’t work in the room which was inconvenient and the way the toilet is structured just didn’t make sense but no biggies

Location, availability of wheelchair

We were in town for a medical procedure, my mate was not able to physically attend breakfast and I got flack from the restaurant staff about taking food up to my room . This put a real damper on the experience particularly when I was paying over 250.00 for the experience. I would like to think you could do better than this. I should have complained while I was there but I had more important things to take care of at the time.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect spot for attending the Blue Fest

Elevator was extremely slow and often too small. Breakfast was very good except the sausage links were low quality. Front desk didn't acknowledge me when I was the only one there. On computer. Employee walked up and she started talking to her right away. I was trying to check out. It was at 9am on Sunday 8/20. I just left at that point.

The person that checked us in, Chris, was great. Pleasant, great sense of humor. Overall aesthetic was beautiful. There were plenty of outlets!

The lighting over the sink was insufficient for putting on a makeup. I also didn't like the fact that when we picked up our breakfast, I had forgotten our vouchers in the room. Even though my name was on the box with our breakfast and I had my ID, I was asked to go back to the room to get the vouchers.

I like the Jefferson Street Inn and have stayed there many times. I wish the restaurant would open ; but I don’t think it will happen.

What the problem was was dealing with Booking dot com. I called the facility the day I was scheduled to arrive to find out they did not have a room for me. They stated that booking .com always does that: “booking rooms that are not available.” They offered me a handicap room and I took it. They had 2 weddings that evening that were booked a long time ago along with rooms. Therefore I knew they were telling me the truth. Will not use Booking .com again

Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations! We were able to park right out front in a well lit lot. Upon entering, we were greeted by the sweetest young lady at the front desk. Our room was at the end of the longest hallway in the world, but well worth the trip. Neither myself, or my fiance could believe how comfortable and at home we felt in that suite. Did I mention she wasn't my fiance before we got to our room? We've already agreed to book the same room for our 1 year anniversary. (Whenever that might be) I'd recommend the Jefferson st inn to anybody!
