The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with my husband and two young children. When we put the baby to sleep, we needed somewhere to entertain our 4-year-old son for about an hour before he went to bed. They let us use the dining room, which my son LOVED because it meant he could have an extra bowl of lucky charms. The facilities are clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty. It was a great trip.

My personal philosophy on housekeeping is that when a guest requests housekeeping done, your default should be to clean the entire room. Like in the pre-COVID days. But this place and others I’ve stayed in since 2020 don’t share that philosophy. When I called the front desk to request that our room be cleaned, the receptionist asked me what I’d like housekeeping to do. I listed 3 or 4 things. And when we returned from our day out, that’s ALL that they had done. They even left an alarm clock that my kids knocked over on the floor. I guess I should have included that on my list. Lol.

Not a real big breakfast eater but it made due for what I needed and my wife. Location of hotel was great for us. Liked the ideal as we travelled with a dog that my request for a ground floor room was granted. Nice that we also had a inside door to get to breakfast. Hotel has a elevator which most of them don't.

Booked room thru cell phone and asked for ground floor. Travelling with dog and I had just recently recovered from hip surgery. Even though this hotel has a elevator the front desk was not given the info that was sent along with the booking. It did not come up on their computer.

Western decor in open lobby with cathedral ceiling and buffalo head (of course!) mounted on the wall. Our room appeared to be recently updated. ( on 2nd floor), so older reviews may not be relevant.) Personable desk staff.

Located adjacent to interstate highway in an unkempt area. Hotel exterior & style are of dated design that belies a mostly updated interior. (Though 1st floor hallways could use an update). Long central corridor, requires a bit of a hike with luggage as elevator is located mid-way.

Very nice people on property and all accommodations provided with ice machine, ac cold, breakfast included and nice big comfortable room with parking. Next door to steak house after long drive. Staff knew the area and how to advise. Very happy with all aspects of this place! Gave us a late checkout too, so couldn't ask for more.

Hotel really needs an “Enter Here” sign on the approach as very easy to miss the entrance and have to go up i. the highway again - saw a later guest pull a u turn right on the roadway to double back to the entrance - please put a sign up to avoid an accident

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good!

When taking a shower, the tub was very slippery. After first night garbage was not emptied and the towel supply was not replenished. Very limited selection of tv shows to watch. Definitely too many sports channels!

The location is great! Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable beds and the shower head is amazing. It was quiet, which is amazing because it was full up. Real good breakfast, and the front desk could not have been nicer! I will definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was good, our room was nicer than expected with an incredibly comfortable bed and a nice, hot shower. Loved the 1st floor location as we could see our motorhome from the window (yes, we stayed in a motel while camping because of an issue with our heater!). Staff was very personable and helpful as well.

We thought we were going to have a mini fridge and a microwave but didn't. It wasn't a big deal bu would have been a bonus!

It's located right off the highway. Blizzard came through, so we had to stop due to road closures. We planned on one night but had to extend our stay another night due to road closures. They were great!

There was no ventilation/fan in bathroom. Bathroom got pretty steamy with hot showers.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. If you need a place to call home while you explore the Bighorn mountains, stay here, you won’t be sorry.
