Convenience! We backed right up to our room door (access to an inside hallway or directly to the parking lot. It was the first drive off the freeway … so easy for a stop over on a road trip. Staff was exceptional both at check-in and the next morning during breakfast and check out. They went out of their way to engage with guests, and I think a few might’ve been the owners. Pool served the kids well as they got the wiggles out after a day in the car and breakfast before we hit the road again got us all started off right.

Genuinely nothing… It more than exceeded expectations. We were there for a short stay on a road trip between Colorado and Montana. Price was better than anywhere else. Facilities were clean and whole process was easy. Even extra facilities are available like a swimming, pool and workout room.

Well kept hotel, clean, spacious room and excellent location just off the interstate but very quiet. Friendly staff and breakfast is a little classier than a lot of other hotels in this price range. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

You have to realize Buffalo is very small town and the types of restaurants are limited. Our stay was during the off season (March) and dining out was more difficult as several facilities were closed. Luckily, we found the most charming family Mexican restaurant (Papa Binos).

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with my husband and two young children. When we put the baby to sleep, we needed somewhere to entertain our 4-year-old son for about an hour before he went to bed. They let us use the dining room, which my son LOVED because it meant he could have an extra bowl of lucky charms. The facilities are clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty. It was a great trip.

My personal philosophy on housekeeping is that when a guest requests housekeeping done, your default should be to clean the entire room. Like in the pre-COVID days. But this place and others I’ve stayed in since 2020 don’t share that philosophy. When I called the front desk to request that our room be cleaned, the receptionist asked me what I’d like housekeeping to do. I listed 3 or 4 things. And when we returned from our day out, that’s ALL that they had done. They even left an alarm clock that my kids knocked over on the floor. I guess I should have included that on my list. Lol.

Not a real big breakfast eater but it made due for what I needed and my wife. Location of hotel was great for us. Liked the ideal as we travelled with a dog that my request for a ground floor room was granted. Nice that we also had a inside door to get to breakfast. Hotel has a elevator which most of them don't.

Booked room thru cell phone and asked for ground floor. Travelling with dog and I had just recently recovered from hip surgery. Even though this hotel has a elevator the front desk was not given the info that was sent along with the booking. It did not come up on their computer.

We have stayed here 4 times before and love the close location to restaurants and downtown Buffalo, WY. Excellent breakfasts!

Housekeeping did not take care of our room during our stay. We had to ask for them to empty the trash cans and replace the toilet paper. Afterwards, they still did not check the room.

Western decor in open lobby with cathedral ceiling and buffalo head (of course!) mounted on the wall. Our room appeared to be recently updated. ( on 2nd floor), so older reviews may not be relevant.) Personable desk staff.

Located adjacent to interstate highway in an unkempt area. Hotel exterior & style are of dated design that belies a mostly updated interior. (Though 1st floor hallways could use an update). Long central corridor, requires a bit of a hike with luggage as elevator is located mid-way.

It was satisfactory. nothing extraordinary but it was fine. room was clean and food was "stocked".

Possibly a few more choices of kinds of things but it was fine. Understand it is hard to offer lots of varieties as too many people to know what all everyone would want. And there was something everyone liked.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection, tasty. When we arrived we asked to be moved to an upstairs room, away from the interstate and the desk clerk was very helpful in accommodating us. We would stay there again. Great location right off 90.

Very nice people on property and all accommodations provided with ice machine, ac cold, breakfast included and nice big comfortable room with parking. Next door to steak house after long drive. Staff knew the area and how to advise. Very happy with all aspects of this place! Gave us a late checkout too, so couldn't ask for more.

I reserved a first floor room at 12:40 pm received message right back confirming we’re all set, then 6 hrs later I get a message that the first floor is full! Too late to cancel at that point! Room was dusty and dirt on bathroom floor that wasn’t ours!
