Booking the room was easy, but when we got there the they did not have any rooms available. We were told they had been trying to get a hold of booking.com all day to notify them, they had no rooms available. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone at booking.com to get a refund. Just as we were ready to leave the gentleman at the front desk said they had a last minute cancellation, so we were able to stay the night. The room was clean, comfy, and staff was friendly.

Everything was great the staff at the hotel was very friendly and Savannah at the front desk was very nice, went above and beyond to make our visit great.

I hope that they can get the restaurant staffed to stay open for all meals. Would like some landscaping work so that dogs have an easier place to go potty. The grass around the building was dry and not comfortable for our dog.

I like the truck parking, the bar/restaurant & hotel all under the same roof, the staff are always great & accommodating

This hotel needs updated, like the carpets have a musty/old smoke odor, the sheets & bed coverings are outdated & not real comfortable, the curtains need cleaned or updated, maybe larger TV’s, etc. The mattresses are low quality or old, kinda noise & hard. There is always somebody working on an old broke down vehicle & people just hanging around the lot/connected field near truck parking.

Room was very clean. T.V. worked very well. Staff worked hard to resolve the problem they had with the water. Staff was very friendly. Room had everything I needed for my stay there. Very good price for the room.

The property didn't have a ice machine. But, that problem was remedied by the staff getting ice for me. Very thoughtful of the staff.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. The rooms are are comfortable and fine for a work stay. Although in the midst of renovations, there were no real glitchs during my stay other than the bar being closed most of the time.

A map would have been helpful, it’s a bit of a rabbit warren with numerous corridors and entry points from parking areas

I love the location and the staff were very helpful and super friendly. The beds were beyond comfortable.

My toilet and room phone was broken had to lift the main lid on the toilet just to flush the toilet. And the phone I went to push buttons and it wouldn't work

The location was perfect. It was just off the highway. I liked that I was put in a handicapped room with my kitty. I have suffered a knee injury that makes it difficult to walk. I also like that my kitty travel companion is able to be comfortable too.

There was a disturbance in the early morning hours by one of the guests. I called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Unfortunately, it takes 2-3 hours for me to fall back to sleep. It was not the motel's fault for this incidence and I will stay there again.

I liked everything about it and the people that work there for so awesomely amazingly nice

There is nothing I didn't like about it I loved it and the people were awesome and if you show up late or early they'll still let you check in that's what I love about that place

the staff were all about service and were amazingly accommodating to my needs. night manager is a real asset to this motel. personable, professional and helpful.
