Easy to find, large room. I messed up and accidentally reserved a smoking room by mistake and there weren’t any non-smoking rooms left. However Yvonne allowed me to look at the room to see if it would work before we totally booked. Definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us as best she could. Also had parking for our car and small trailer. Very helpful and friendly.
Could use some dirty clothes bags and property grounds could use some trash clean up.

Small offering of food but adequate considering they have a very small lobby. Staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable!
They could do a bit of clean up and landscaping outside but the rooms inside were very good! Parking was a slight issue as the hotel was full and we found the last spot far away from our room. Not bad, just surprising, no real overflow area if lot is at capacity.

Easy checkin, easy to locate. What I didn't like was no real breakfast. Breakfast that is offered is a granola bar, juice & coffee. Very lack luster, even for this hotel chain.
No breakfast to speak of offered. The price was excessive for offering granola bars, juice & coffee.

The one in charge showed concern for my handicap condition. He helped me move what I needed to my room and did the same thing when I checked out. VERY NICE MAN!!!!

The front desk called to confirm my special requests. I had stayed at 3 super 8's on this trip and Evanston was the best in terms of cleanings, comfort and of course personal service.
Lack of vending machines for snacks. The soda vending wasnt working.. they did have a sign indicating sodas could be bought at the front desk.

Clean room,room downstairs with parking at my door,lil coffeemaker,shampoo and conditioner bc I left mine at home,refrig microwave everthing perfect
Mattresses need to be replaced but for the price I will settle it wasnt too bad no backache so thats a plus

The man on reception was really friendly and helpful our fridge was not working and he replaced it immediately with a brand new one he couldn't have been more helpfull

I always love staying here, this time we had the biggest room in the facility 1 king and 2 queen with much room for us and all our stuff.
Nothing, they always are good to us.
