The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We have two kids and we booked a single bed because one will sleep in a Pack-N-Play and the other we intended to bring a foam pad for her to sleep on. Unfortunately, we forgot it. I asked for a cot and was told they didn’t have any, I said no worries that we would figure it out but they upgraded us to a room with two queens instead free of charge. They told me they were more concerned with us being comfortable. Amazing customer service!

The location was great, we were camping and meeting up with family and it was myself and my 4 kids. They wanted to stay at a motel and I was concerned at first but I was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. We will stay here again as a single mom I felt safe and comfortable staying here. It was clean, staff was incredible and Leo was accommodating and kind. For a small town, I'd stay here over all the locations.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful with changes thatvI needed. The room was very clean and well kept. They are currently doing remodeling on other rooms by the look of it. Will definitely be back here.

It's an older hotel. It did have a few upgrades and very clean. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Again, an older hotel. It could do with a few more renovations. For the price, It was a clean, comfortable place to stay.

We had reserved a room with a king size bed however, they didn’t have one for us so they upgraded us for the four days we were there and put us in a suite that was enormous, clean, and newly re-decorated. What a wonderful surprise!

As of October 2022. The hotel is a work in progress. They are refurbishing a little at a time.

This was a big surprise. looked run down on the outside but the inside of our room was very nice and modern. It was also clean and quiet. Crossing the street was a challenge since it was on a curve but the streets are not over busy.

Close to downtown Kemmerer, walking distance to the triangle. Comfortable beds, clean.

The AC unit didn't really stay on for more than 1 minute at a time, but it was still a fairly comfortable temperature.

The room had been recently remodeled (or was still quite clean and tidy from the last remodel). Other units were in the middle of major updates. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was nice and super helpful.

Breakfast was a just fine basic continental breakfast, but there were no bowls nor plates out. And no one at the front desk to correct the situation.

Absolutely amazing little motel to stay at. They are newly remodeled and have switched owners. They pride themselves on having a clean and friendly place to stay. I was passing through for work and will 100% stay again.
