Exceeded my expectations. The service was absolutely fabulous. Over the top. The receptionists were always so sweet to my son and grandson when we brought a new toy back to room and it required tools, front desk had whatever we needed. Room service was so accommodating when we needed fresh towels, without hesitation they were right there and so sweet to the boys even when they were playing with their RC cars in the hallway. They interacted with them and encouraged them to have fun! Our room was by far the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. The first room I have ever felt comfortable enough to walk on the carpet without shoes. The pool area was always sparkly clean and stocked with clean warm towels. The breakfast was by far the best. So many great choices. Always clean and the gentleman who works this area was so accommodating and his hospitality was above and beyond! You can tell he enjoys his job and it shows! This will be my hotel whenever I come through here. I wish every hotel was this amazing!

The cleanest room I have had in years. Usually I am happy if I can say the room was pretty clean, but this place was spotless. We left something in the room and housekeeping literally chased us down in the parking lot to return it. The staff was amazing. When they asked how you were doing they really cared, because we ended up having full conversations with most everyone we encountered.

The only bad thing I can say about my whole stay was that the third floor doesn't have an ice machine so I had to take the elevator down to get ice. The second floor unit only gave me a little bit of ice. I think someone emptied it filling up their cooler or something so I had to give up and go down the the main floor for ice. These problems are of no fault of the local staff. Everything else with my stay was amazing.

The moment we came in the lobby we are greeted by an awesome smell of the entire lobby and it’s all the way to our room. No smoke smell unlike other hotels. Plus they have a policy that if you do smoke you will get fined. The good smell and cleanliness is a great plus for me. Checking in with the staff was also pleasant. I appreciate people working in the hospitality industry that really do their job right!

The beds were very nice and comfy. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and perfect.

Nothing, there wasn't anything we didn't like. We have no complaints

Clean hotel with good service, breakfast was good - lots of options including alternative milks, a rare find!

Not a scenic area but not much they can do about that. Price is HIGH but everything seems to be in the area. Other hotels in the region appeared run down. Some of the folks in other rooms were loud and inconsiderate.

The facility was modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable. The guest services were extremely helpful and directed us to open restaurants in town when we arrived. In all, this was one of the best hotels we stayed at this summer. The breakfast was also excellent for a hotel breakfast. They even had soy milk as an option. Since I am dairy-free, that was a pleasant surprise.

The town itself is not as modern and up to date as the hotel... that is not the hotel's fault. It was a very pleasant stay and looked to me like the best place I saw to stay in town!

Property looks almost new. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the breakfast options were very good. The staff was exceptional and friendly.

It's a little hard to find (even with google maps) when it's dark and/or raining. Our maps almost directed us to the Interstate but kept telling us we our destination was on the left. We had just missed the sign because it was dark and raining but realized we needed to turn back and then no problem from there.

very modern, clean and great location. very small town, didn’t expect to find such quality. staff was warm and accommodating. Nice breakfast. The gentleman hosting breakfast was efficient and quite knowledgeable about the area. room was large, warm and very comfortable.

Room was very nice & clean. Enjoyed the staff & the lady who fixed my breakfast was very attentive to my needs. Enjoyed the stay.

Think they may have needed another helper for breakfast. My husband in there quite a while, finally picked out a couple of items, then the lady came in asking what she could fix him for breakfast. Too late. Nothing was said about this at our checkin. Think folks need to know how breakfast is handled.
