Brent is a fantastic front desk person. Helped get our reservations for our upcoming trip back to Laramie, gave us ideas of things to see, always greeted us, and asked how are day was. The gentleman taking care of the breakfast was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Especially the biscuits and gravy! Diced ham and cheese and salsa for your scrambled eggs if you wanted. Coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus. Not just Decaf or regular plain coffee.

Didn't get to use the hot tub, but they had a broken pipe, and were actively trying to get it fixed when we arrived. Beds are a bit hard.

The front desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me with any requests. The premises and room was also very clean and had everything I needed. They even have a free 24/7 coffee machine on the lobby, which was very helpful when I needed I drink in the afternoon or evenings.

I did not enjoy the workout room as much. Small amount of equipments and the dumbbells were missing pairs, making it harder to get some exercise done. The breakfast was decent, but have a small selection of options and is the same thing everyday.

The staff was very friendly. The lady that took care of the breakfast each morning was a jewel. So outgoing. We even suggested a tip jar so people could show their appreciate of her work. We left her a tip each morning as well as for the young man that was there our last day. He too was very nice. The room was clean and the laundry facility was nice and clean as well.

There wasn't one thing we didn't like about it.

Friendly helpful. Our refrigerator wasn't working. I went down to front desk the gentleman I talked to was nice. He didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Within a half hour he gave us a new one. Rooms very clean, breakfast was good and clean area. If I came back to Laramie I would stay here again. They do not disappoint.

Very nice hotel room--good size, king bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice size and clean, nice towels. Access to the hotel was right off of I-80 and lots of parking. We didn't eat the breakfast but there were hot choices.

The price was a little higher than what I wanted to pay. Everything else was fine.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The bathroom was clean.

The pool and hot tub were out of order. We paid more for a hotel with a pool and hot tub so we could swim and warm up our sore muscles after skiing all day and then we were unable to use them. To pay over $200 for a room and then not have a pool or hot tub is unacceptable.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The lighting was good.

The room door on 220 didn’t latch all the way unless you made sure to pull it all the way shut and the shower squealed any time I had the water running.

the breakfast was good so happy to finally see HOT breakfast again.!

our first room was a pet friendly rooms which is okay when traveling with a pet. unfortunately the rooms smelled like pee and was to strong to sleep in that room. The carpet needs to be pulled out and replaced. we did change rooms right away and moved to room 103.

That the place was so up to date, and clean. Everyone was so nice. At breakfast you need some gluten free breads. Very nice set up and so clean!

Not one thing. Everything was perfect.

The stall were extremely helpful booking us a room after the I80 was closed due to snow and high wind. We were satisfied with the room beds and the breakfast. Would stay at this hotel again.
