the pool/hot tub area was delightful the room was clean and nicely furnished

Breakfast barely met expectations and only because I was in no hurry. The bar at 7:45 was poorly stocked: no waffle mix, no gravy, no eggs, no coffee. Coffee came quickly but the was brought one by one for the next 30 minutes. I gave up on waffles. The breakfast attendant was really stressed. I wonder if he had other duties assigned that made the breakfast tending a second tier responsibility. Needed a sink plug and washcloths

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We appreciated that the breakfast had a few different choices like scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, it was nice to have something warm. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The shower has nice hot water. It didn’t smell musty or stale like other hotels can sometimes. We’d stay again, it was a nice price point and good set up.

Breakfast could have been better. Powdered eggs are not good. The towel bar was not attached in our bathroom and the pillows were lumpy. The price was extremely high for an older facility.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, and our room was pretty much exactly what we expected it to be. The location was great and the hotel was quiet for our stay. The continental breakfast was also plentiful with many options.

The only thing that could have made our stay better is if the hot tub jets were working.

This was a great place to stay. We were in town for a UW tour, and this hotel is just minutes away from the university. The room is spacious, with a desk, table for dining/games/etc., a small table that we used for setting the luggage, a TV, a wardrobe with a safe, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The bathroom had the tub and toilet (not too cramped), and the sink was in the room itself (outside of the bathroom); that made getting ready in the mornings easy. Breakfast was served everyday, and they actually had a breakfast that wasn't packaged! This was the first time I've seen eggs, sausage, fruit in baskets, breads, and functioning waffle makers in over a year! Awesome! The pool was fun. Chairs to lounge in, a nice size pool, and a hot tub. Good to relax there. The staff was great, too. If we had questions or needed anything, they were more than happy to help, and they always seemed to have a smile. All-in-all, it was a great place to stay on our visit!

Friendly, very helpful staff. Gave great suggestions for dinner. Room clean, cool and very comfortable. Water pressure good. Sunk out in main room. Wifi strong. Didn’t use the tv. Pool area clean. There is an exercise room I didn’t use, did quite a bit of walking downtown. Ice water and coffee available in the reception area. Good parking area. Nice breakfast area with assortment of fruit, yogurt, bread products, breakfast wraps, juice and coffee.

No cereal or waffles, felt sorry for the mom with kids. They didn’t want the remaining breakfast wrap with green chili eggs.

The check in was quick & easy. We asked for a main floor room because of a disability. It was done. We got take out food & brought it back, but had no cutlery. Our check in lady was very gracious, & got what we needed including napkins from the breakfast room. She was very kind!

Everything was great. The breakfast attendant was very thorough and greeted everyone. He made sure things stayed clean and well stocked. Everyone was very nice.

When I booked the room online, I believed the price charges to be the same each night; however, after check out I noticed the charges were different each night. Our stay was on a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. The Friday and Saturday charges were higher than the Thursday night stay.

Personal was wonderful and helpful, we got a much needed night of rest. Room was super clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall a very good experience. Close to restaurants and stores which was very convenient for us.

This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were greeted by Megan who checked us in quickly and even accommodated a special request! Breakfast was very good and the pool looked new. Would definitely stay here again!

When you moved on the bed it sounded like loud booms. Fitness area desperately needs updating.
