Restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Cute cabin that we stayed in

We visited the end of September and there was only one restaurant on site and Saturday was the last day it was open. That was fine but there are no other restaurants around the area- would have to drive 40 min to get to another restaurant option.

Nice and quiet due to being more remote. Coffee machines in the room.

Restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday. Did not know this when I booked. Disappointed as nearest food options were about 10 miles away.

The property is very well maintained even though you can tell it’s a bit on the older side. Lobby has a water bottle filling station as well as a coffee/tea station in the morning. Our room was very cozy. The sauna is very nice and the laundry room is convenient. Overall an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting the Grand Tetons and don’t want to stay in Jackson.

WiFi could probably be a bit faster, plus it forces you to watch an advertisement to log in.

The cabin was nice and a comfortable place to spread out for a few days. Wifi connection was poor and remotes and TV were limited. While we did not watch much TV. Not being able to find channels for quick updates took too much time. Some kind of guide would be useful. The information on your phone or given by desk person to use do not match. We had a flashing message light for 3 days. The desk assured me there were no messages for us. I would have thought they could clear the light. Also, a little disconcerting since cell coverage on the area is limited and on the event of an emergency, land line and a message is how we would be contacted.

See above, also the price for breakfast was overpriced for what it was.

The cabin and location.

Front desk clerk was extremely unhelpful in ensuring we have enough towels for the 5 guests in the booking (which we did not actually have when getting there after a long day of riding) he claimed that we could only get more towels the next morning, which would have been after we checked out. Customer service needs a big improvement, as getting enough towels is basic for a $380± cabin...

Lodge is a little remote, so nowhere really to go for an evening walk Had to ask for juice and coffee at breakfast buffet. Normally they are provided as part of the buffet

Loved the coziness, a place AWAY from the park craziness. Quiet. Enjoyed the kitchenette. Enjoyed having the launderette option and horseback riding opportunity.

Wished the kitchen accessories were better (3 glasses, 3 forks, 3 bowls, NO coffee cups except disposable)… at minimum would have liked 4 of everything and Matching. NO information in the cabin about recommendations for activities or check out procedures. Wishes for a “game room” for the rainy days we had.

the location was good. cabin was cozy. We were able to heat up some food and make chai. Enjoyed some basic cocktails at the bar. Overall, it was a good experience. 🤗

The food was okay. The can do a lot with cocktails. imagine having a cocktail place in middle of nowhere. advice to the gas station general store: get few frozen meals from Amy's or Deep. They last long and taste amazing.

cabin was nice, good location met our needs

understaffed and disorganized; restaurant was awful only one worker running around trying to do everything, food was subpar not clear you have to pay extra per drink; one member of front desk staff was not helpful; dryers didn’t work well in laundry, washers barely worked.
