This was a return visit for me. We stayed here in 2021 at the same time of year, This time was just as good as last! The Heart Six has the best views in the entier region- you can see the Tetons from the deck that overlooks the river and valley. I love watching the horses being lead down and back from their evening pastures. Staff is friendly and this time around- we had a great experience in the restaurant on site. Grteat burgers with superb onion rings hit the spot after a long day of sight seeing!
There were a number of boards in the decking areas that needed repair. This last winter was a tough one and the ranch needs some spring sprucing up. This was minor though. The rooms are in great shape and they keep the parking areas in good repair.

The location is really great if you'd like to experience both Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The south entrance to Yellowstone is much less crowded. The ranch is located away from any city noise or traffic. No cell service, but they do provide free wifi so you can connect to the world. You'll hear wildlife sounds and see it. This is a working ranch. There are horses moved twice a day to be closer to the cabins. We liked hearing them moved early in the morning and used it as our alarm clock.
I can't see I didn't like it. This is a working older ranch. It is clean and comfortable. There is a lodge provided with access to everyone that includes activities such as board games, pool table, etc. It is an older ranch, so you need to expect that it is not a modern hi-tech state of the art facility. It is a working ranch that has improved with the times.

The location is wonderful. Close to GTNP. The sunsets at the ranch are spectacular…the views will stay with me forever. The staff we spoke with were all lovely. Keith who took us on a float trip was very knowledgeable and friendly…great with kids. Watching the horses run down to the pastures was impressive. Cafe had some good food too. The beds were huge and comfy and we loved the design.
It may need a little more bleach in the toilet and shower but overall it was clean and tidy. We were staying on a ranch and after reading some reviews here I guessed it wasn’t going to be like a 5* hotel. Indeed it was way better than what many reviewers would have you think.

I loved the authentic aura of the place . I ate in the cafe 2 times and found it to be expensive but good food. The poor workers were overwhelmed with the system but you just needed to be patient. . My room had an excellent view for sunsets and sunrise with a huge picture window overlooking the mountain range and a meadow. The whole place has a quirky charm about it . Fabulous location. Positive experience.
more signage directing to the office. Drove around the back to Heart 6 to what appeared to be an office, and had to turn around and go to the Buffalo Valley gift shop to sign in. Would have enjoyed having the fireplace/woodstove on in my building . It was very noisy at night with the dogs howling but it sort of added to the whole atmosphere and it was just a curiosity. At nearly $200 a night, this bordered on being overpriced.

Great location, not too far from Grand Teton entrance, room cozy, big, quiet, got restaurant next to the lodge, but no TV, weak wifi signal but we slept pretty good, lots of things around to see. For the restaurant, nice breakfast but do not order Fried chicken dinner, it's so terrible! i got it kinda burn, cracked it into small pieces, hardly found any meat, better find some places else for dinner.
recommended find the better and quality chef/cook i almost forgot - please keep your eyes on your meal bills and look carefully because they already charged you for " auto gratuity" right after you ordered food ( even with 2 persons), and when you got the bills, they also had tip section at the bottom, so we did add tips twice for the first time. i never seen auto gratuity before, maybe it's normal for them.

Loved the ranch and seeing the horses. only stayed one night so would book longer in future. So clean and on point re the experience.
No breakfast and no Tea and coffee facilities. this put me off esp given we had 2 rooms and even a cup of coffee in my room in the morning would be better than nothing. Sitting out to watch the horses would have been lovely with a coffee in hand Also the rooms have no prviacy, you can hear the rooms next door to the point of word for word conversations good that it was my son in the room, so not sure if this is opened up for other customers but we heard everything. Staff at check in could have been more in the moment with you but no smile and no added extra just name and key. done

I booked a double queen room for our family of 5 and was given the 2 bedroom 3 bed treehouse, it was beautiful, incredibly spacious and perfect for us with 3 young children, plenty of room for them to play around and not having people right against our walls. This place was absolutely wonderful and I will 100% book my stay there again next time! This place takes you back to the basics and you are almost "roughing it" with no fridge, microwave or tv in the place but it definitely makes it easier to connect with your family when your not sitting there watching TV.
No fridge or microwave in the treehouse was a little bummer but the lack of it wasn't much of an issue since we had an ice chest and ate a nice family dinner in Jackson that night.

It was a nice escape, staying in a ranch gave a good feeling of loving outside the city and is nice to have the horses nearby. We also did Horse Riding, but would only recommend to people that haven't ridden before, as it's a quite basic ride. Closets were bigger than most hotels. We arrived after hours and it wasn't a problem, they left us an envelope with keys and clear instructions.
Shower head was lower than it was comfortable (had to lean my back forward) and the restaurant only opened until 6 (i think it was a seasonal thing), and i breakfast wasn't very good.

Cute room, comfortable beds, and the heated bathroom floor was a welcome touch. Beautiful area. Lots of horses and horse activities around (though we didn’t do any activities, we did get to see dozens of horses being wrangled outside our window).
A bit of a drive from the Tetons park, if that’s your main purpose. There was no staff — or anyone— in the main lodge, so it took us a little while to find where to check in. (It’s on the main road before the lodge.) Not a cheap place but not a bad value for the area.

Our room overlooked the horse pen. We got to see them bring them into the pen in the morning and take them to pasture in the evening. We had a great view of the Tetons. The food at the cafe was very good. First time I stayed on a working ranch, and I loved it. Got to know one of the employees, Roy, who was very friendly. We talked to him each day about the ranch.
My only complaint is that the walls were very thin, and you could hear the guests in the next room very clearly.
