Great location - a little off the main road so not noisy. Rooms were SO spacious. Big, comfy king sized bed, two air conditioner units, two windows, eating area with a table and two chairs, wing back chair with an ottoman, large sink area, big bathroom, desk, just lots of space! They do blackout curtains right here - magnetic so no light got in during the night or early morning! Amazing exercise room - all the usual stuff plus even a sprinting machine (like a stair stepper sort of but for sprinting)! Who has those? Friendly staff. Great rate! Great service at the restaurant right on the property (separate building) for breakfast (not included, but good prices and lots of food).

I realize that staffing is beyond their control so the restaurant next door (where you also checked in) wasn't open for dinner when we got in, but other restaurants were close by.

Everything. Great property that is well-maintained and has a fabulous staff! On our 9-day road trip, this was the ONE hotel that read our special request for lightweight blankets and made up the beds so we didn’t have to unmake them to accommodate! Twila, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, and I only wish other hotels in this chain (and others) would pay attention to their guests the way she did with us! A hotel is only as good as its employees, and she’s fabulous!! Made our entire trip!!

I was exhausted and the woman who checked me in was quick and friendly. I like to have my coffee when I get up in the morning. It was nice that there was a sign on the door about asking for coffee machine to take to your room. The pot and condiments where ready to go. The room was extremely clean.

The inside window lock was broken. The other windows locked so it wasn’t a big safety concern, but as a woman traveling along staying on the first floor, I would have felt better if all windows locked.

Beds were clean and very comfortable. Room had all necessary accoutrements. No noise from other guests or from outside.

Pretty rough looking industrial area of town. Hotel registration is makeshift arrangement in diner, which is closed to public. I checked in and went to my room, and it had not been cleaned after the last guest. I went to dinner and came back to find it clean, but no blankets or spread on the bed. I found a blanket, but never saw a place where they didn’t try to make the bed look like it was ready to sleep in. Additionally, found stain on carpet that indicates this pet friendly room hasn’t been properly maintained.

Office needs to be in the hotel. It was raining and we had to walk outside to the restaurant to ask for stuff we needed in the room

Most negative were some small things like no drinking cups in the room.

We were very Pleased with our stay here. There are a lot of choices in Rawlins, this property is a good one. The Staff was GREAT. They were very thoughtful on how to remain open during the Covid problems. The bonus was the "PeperMill Restaurant and Bar " Near By. Great Steaks and good place for a drink.

We wish Rubys was open.

Apparently, I double booked - through Booking.com and then through Expedia. The very nice gentleman at the front desk cancelled our extra booking and made sure I was not charged twice! That was very nice considering I was late checking in and past the time to "cancel". He was great!

The registration the guy didn't give all the necessary info like password for wifi or that they give you tikets for brekfast or are supposed to give you. he sims confused about the two rooms i reserved at other hotels usually they tell you how to get to your room little things.

The little diner associated with the property was a great plus. Were disappointed that it was no longer open 24 hours, completely understand that you can't get enough people who want to work to keep it open 24 hours. Seeing that same issue all over.
