The hotel is new and luxurious. The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was wide. The lighting combined with the high ceiling created a special atmosphere. Staff and management very responsive, friendly. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and a relaxation area in the courtyard. There are beautiful pictures in the hallways. There is pleasant relaxing music and a pleasant aroma in the hotel. The stay in this hotel was pleasant! We highly appreciate the care and positive attitude of hotel employees towards customers.

We were fortunate to stay at this newly opened hotel in the heart of the ancient city of Samarkand! We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel! Every staff member I encountered, from the security guard to check-in to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! The room was beautiful, and clean and had all the amenities to feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

The pool is very beautiful, but basically unusable since the sun never heats the water in the pool. This is the only minus we found for this hotel.

Location was great, the shahshlik at the restaurant was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast variety. Overall, great hotel at a great value, the complaints are not deal breakers. I would stay again of we came back.

The bed was on the firm side, not that it was a bad bed just not to my preference. Safe didn't open but we didn't use it anyways. Hotel wifi was slower than using my international cell plan. Walls were on the thin side, heard noise from next room over. Water pressure was affected by high usage times. Power outages in the evening, but I can't fault the hotel for this?

A very good hotel on a main road located near all facilities like restaurants, markets, convenience stores. A 10 minute taxi ride ($1-$2)to the heart of Samarkand. Yandex GO(Uzbek Uber) is easily available. Rooms are clean and spacious. Both Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff were outstanding. The hotel restaurant was great for dinner.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Very few western items on the menu. Probably because not many West Europeans or Americans stay there. Breakfast hall was very small and seating was limited.

New rooms, clean and calm. Breakfast is ok, espresso coffee available, fresh local products and basic dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The worst impression I got was that at check-out I was asked for an additional fee of approx. 13-15% of the total amount, which after my sharp dispute was dropped immediately. Whether it was a random mistake by the girl at the front desk or an attempt at trickery, I can't tell, but it was uncomfortable. I do not attach much importance to the incident, but still one must be careful with accounts.

Location was excellent to explore Samarkand. All objects in walking distance. Room was nice, clean, shower functioning well. Pool was maintained clean. Friendly and supportive staff.

Breakfast room was narrow and small, difficult to get to the food and find table. Variety of breakfast food could be better, some interesting items served, but not usual breakfast meal. Some Asian tourists came to the breakfast with boxes and took out food, left tables empty. Strange experience and in my opinion to be taken care by restaurant manager.

The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The owner of the hotel took a keen interest in our stay and made sure we were well looked after. They were thoughtful enough to present my wife with a lovely bouquet of roses on her birthday. Damir , who drove us around Samarkand and his Sabina, who was our guide, were both excellent and made us feel like family. Everyone in the hotel made our stay very special.

I can't think of anything that I did not like.

The men at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The owner has made a wonderful environment. The pool is lovely, the environment welcoming. Kitchen staff were friendly as were cleaning staff. The pool was delightful. Thank you for keeping it fresh.

Breakfast had a lot of food. I would suggest keeping it simple, less fried pastries, more fresh hot pancakes and maple syrup, otherwise they are too dry and cold. Salad was lovely, but perhaps chop the fruit and add yoghurt in a pot? Place salt, pepper and napkins on the tables. Remember to clean the base of the toilet too. Thank you.

Check-in was easy and I felt the hotel had prepared well for my arrival. The hotel provided convenience for my work commutes for the week I stayed in Samarkand.

The hotel should have informed me on check-out that I was required to make my payment. I checked the night before and was told I did not need to take any action. However, on my way to the airport, I had to miss my taxi to settle the bill. Clearer information would have been helpful.
