Great facility, kind and helpful staff. Nice dinner restaurant. Nice swimming pool. I lost golden bracelet and staff found it in breakfast restaurant!

Breakfast - no salmon, no turkey salami, no fresh squeezed juice... In the room, air condition smelled on disel oil.. I asked but did not repair it.

The location was easily reachable. The room was spacious and was very well decorated. It had bed , sofa , chair and tables. It also had a small extra room housing the wardrobe and other accessories. The breakfast was delicious had a wide variety of things to choose from. The staff was polite and helpful. The front desk lady Maftuna even arranged the Amirsoy and Charvak Lake tour for us on the second day which was really exiting. There is also a nearby Korzinka supermarket that can be reached from the hotel on foot. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel that serve local delicacies.

There is nothing that we did not like....

Miss Gulya and Javlon were very helpful, they made us feel very comfortable, they are very caring towards their guests , Thank you so much for making such a wonderful memory.

The rooms, which are modern, big and spacious. Lovely bathroom, walk-in robe, independent heating/cooling, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. A few ATM machines in both lobbies. A good breakfast selection, with eggs cooked to order. Great barista made coffee, which does come at an extra cost. Excellent Turkish restaurant, which is open from 11:00am for all day and evening dining.

Location, as it isn’t close to the city, but it is very close to the airport, which is a bonus if you have early morning flights. The in-room safe wasn’t secured, so anyone could pick it up and walk away with it.

Very good property centrally located in Tashkent, Rooms are huge with best amentities

1. location. the hotel is hiding on a backstreet next to some industrial zone, its simply too far from anything except airport and afrosiab train station, 2. poor breakfast. it simply doesnt match the level of the property, 3. lumiere restaurant fails the hotel badly. we waited for the simple order of tea and deserts for over half an hour and still had to leave empty handed while the staff were busy serving customers which arrived later than us

Everything was very nice. The hotel personnel was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Especially administrator Maftunabonu, she was always very kind.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. They helped me with the transportation and tour guide in my language inside the city. Also, since we are in Ramadan, they provide me complimentary high quality Suhoor instead of the breakfast. The hotel is quite, new, and luxurious. Most importantly it's a clean hotel. The room is spacious and there us a wardrobe room which is an extra bonus. الفندق مميز ونظيف وجديد وموقعه هادئ بقرب المطار. العاملون في الفندق محترمون ولطيفون ويساعدونك بجميع احتياجاتك ولقد ساعدوني بتوفير دليل سياحي للمدينة يتحدث اللغة العربية بطلاقة. أيضا تم توفير وجبة السحور الغنية لي من غير مبلغ اضافي نظرا لاني اخذت الغرفة بالافطار وبالوقت الذي اريده.

This hotel is a great choice. They have the best hotel gym I ever been with a great spa. Rooms were nice, people were amazing, especially Nurbek who was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going there.

Breakfast was ok, but the food was not really high quality. Also, the way it was displayed was not really inviting. But probably most people won't agree with this as it was already ok.

Nice hotel, located next to the airport. very convenient for short stay. Rooms are nice and large, well equiped.
