Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, 5-7min taxi ride from Train Southern Station. The bed was very comfortable. Great idea of violin music during breakfast.

We checked-in around 3.00am, and unfortunately our room was by the elevator, and so I couldn't sleep very well because of the bell of the elevator would sound every time by my bed. Cleaning was ok overall, but it can be improved.

Reception staff very helpful. Speak good English. Good location, although difficult to flag a taxi, reception always called a cab and it would arrive within 10 minutes. Very close to airport and only 15 minutes from centre by taxi ( which are very cheap) Nice gym and spa area. Very nice rooms. Live pianist at breakfast, who was very good.

I think the carpets were a little dusty. They could probably do with being thoroughly cleaned

Service is good, comfortable is room (deluxe) and bathroom. Good for enjoying & transit if you traveling via Tashkent. Really 3 ⭐, i think this hotel can be 4⭐.

Breakfast. We're go to here 3/01/22 at 09:00 am & unfortunately was absolutely nothing. Workers in restorant informed that in hotel minimum guests & they can offer only limited breakfast 🍳... So, if you fortunately guest you can have good choice here😀. Anyway i remember that here was so good breakfast, better than more hotels in Tashkent. Think management of hotel can check this issues)

Great atmosphere at breakfast, as live music was played on the violin. The restaurant works 24/7 and it is possible to order food to the room. Delicious coffee from the machine! The staff is friendly. Hotel modern and luxurious furniture. Good spa area!

It was simply amazing! From comfy room and bed to the pleasant live music in the restaurant for breakfast!

I would say the location was slightly uncomfortable. Far away from the city center. But! close to the airport and railway station.

The hotel and staff was excellent, friendly and helpful with everything!!! the spa and facility I think the best for your $$. Breakfast was great!! I recommend this hotel to everyone!!
