Good service, good facilities, so clean. Additionally thanks to MuhammadAli, Shoxrux and the waiter. I think this hotel is one the tops in Tashkent. I highly recommend it to whom somebody stays on business purposes

The only thing which made me put 9 overall score(not 10) was the girls of the SPA and Welness reception and one girl from front office on 03.08.2023. I think they can’t match to work this kind of high status hotel with their behaviour and character, or they must be taught how to communicate with the guests and must learn politeness, diplomacy. Moreover it will be great if they learn Uzbek language coz whatever guest they see, they speak in russian, it doesn’t matter where the guest comes from. The manager must work with them so hard

It is a newbuild hotel with convenient location and all facilities required. The staff is friendly, the ladies clean the room twice a day, the bed is comfy and the noice isolation is perfect. Wellness centre is available for free to the guests which a bonus. A kettle in the room ads value too! :)

Breakfast is a bit pricey (for Tashkent), but you can easily have it elsewhere!

The property and facilities are brand new and clean (I was told the hotel opened its doors in May 2022). We visited one of hotel restaurants on the 6th floor for breakfasts only, but we did like the breakfast food selection and the food quality. In-room dining was fast and good. The property accomodated our request for early check-in (well before 2pm) and we highly appreciated that fact as we were very tired after a long-haul flight. We'll defintely stop at the hotel when we are going to be in Tashkent once again.

If you need local cash (and UZ banking system is notoriously bad - don't be surprised if your credit card from a major bank suddenly does not work even at ATMs) they directed us to a crowded bank branch. In the end it was a 13-15 minutes walk from the hotel via humpy Soviet era sidewalks to get to the bank branch. Ideally they should have a hotel car to help guests to navigate in the hotel neighbourhood as some distances to get here and there are quite notable.

I really like the hotel, it’s brand new. Very good service. The staff are very helpful. Specially Ali has been super helpful to me and so does the rest of the staff.

Everything from the staff the immaculate rooms the comfy bed, amazing breakfast spread and lovely spa and wellness centre. We even got an upgraded room and the shuttle service to pick us up and drop off was a brilliant added service.

Hotel provided transfer services between airport-hotel - airport on complimentary basis which was very good services. The room was big and clean and had all as expected.

The payment system at the hotel was not so satisfied with me. Payment by credit card required pin code for approval while we Thai people didn’t expect and were not used to. I requested if the hotel might find some ways to by pass the pin method but they did not seem to find out the way, the supermarket nearby could do without pin. Finally, I could not use the credit card planned (and I lost some card promotions value around USD 35.-).

Everyting in this hotel was superb- the room, the staff, the restaurant, spa-pool services. We really enjoyed and would stay there again. Also one of the most good thing is room service which is actual 24/7

The only thing that was a lil bit bad is that the hotel located not in the center of city. But the taxi prices is very cheap in Tashkent, so you can go everywhere by taxi just in 10-15 minutes

There were very comfortable beds with really huge room space and great AC system, temperature at my room was always right with no any problems. You can have a dinner at restaurant on the 6th floor with fantastic city view. Or you can drink some good wines at lobby. There are some cafes near the hotel plus 2 min walk from local supermarket. If you need any cash or change some money, there are 3 banks on the main street like 10 min walk to. Or if you want to get your nails, you can find it right opposite the hotel.

If your room side to the main street, but not to the backyard, it may be a bit noisy for all day long and night as well, so keep in mind and try to ask the other side. I think it would be great to update the restaurant menu.
